Hello, it is always a pleasure to eat or have breakfast at Panera Bread, the breakfasts are very delicious, and everything they have is fresh, the bread is generally freshly made, the coffee delicious, if you have to go with your family, don't have a problem, so Your children will eat so everyone has an option, the atmosphere and the excellent service.

I go to Panera when friends want to have a visit. The coffee and food is good. Service is very good. My gripe is that they do not keep the popular flavored coffee available, and I prefer Panera coffee to Starbucks. I've been to Panera in East Peoria, south Veterans in Bloomington, and on Greenbriar. Same disappointment about the coffee. All else is good.Parking: High visit times = more parking challenges. That means parking further from the door ?
Food was fine, but the coffee pots were out, the honey for coffee was empty, the dining room tables had clearly not been cleaned and no one came to clean them in over an hour, the floors needed a good vacuuming, and the booth seats are all terribly ripped and need reupholstered. This Panera needs a makeover, both in the facility itself and the management staff.

Employees were smoking out the back door while I was in the drive thru. I ordered online before picking up. My sandwich was completely wrong (this has happened many times), this location is always out of ingredients. I do not recommend.

Dining room dirty, toilet in bathroom crusted with fevers ( I have the photo for mgr , it’s a build up for days or weeks ), the bread was so hard I could hardly eat it. The lunch special sandwich was the size of a hockey puck ( no value ), the cinnamon crunch begal was outstanding good!!

"Bread" themed restaurant chain: the baguette, in my opinion, is good. There is the possibility to customize your own dish/sandwich; the service is automated and fairly quick. There are also excellent soups and salads.
