First time trying the 🍕. It was very good. I would say add. 10-15 minutes to the cooking time. For a crispier bottom crust. Definitely recommend the thin crust . The toppings and dough. Were very fresh

Order was incomplete. Online orders are apparently in 3 spots to pick up and not on Online Order rack. Ethan (manager) was extremely rude when called back. Cannot be refunded for missing items, only option was to return back to store to pick up.

Ordered online. When I arrived to pick it up they hadn’t made the pizza yet. Asked for the name on order. There 4 employees standing there. One of them started to make the pizza but would stop and talk every 20 seconds to the other three employees. After she stopped working on my order for the 5th time to chat some more I asked if there was anyway she could focus on my order for a few minutes so I could get my order and go home. She became surly and the other employees scoffed laughed and rolled their eyes. I encourage whoever owns this place to review the cameras at 4:00pm Saturday afternoon. Absolutely the worst and most disrespectful treatment I have received. Also encourage owner to look up our PAPA MURPHY'S account. We were at least once a week customers. We will not spend another penny here. Lastly the “manager” was rude and dismissive. Beyond disappointed

If you miss the thick crust pizza of yesteryear just go to Papa Murphy's and order the stuff crust pizza. Their store on Oakland Ave in Bloomington illinois outdid theirselves. Perfect amount of sauce and toppings. I did order extra mushrooms and got them. Thank you team Papa Murphy's on Oakland!!
