Had The worst experience from this pizza hut, one pizza was correct, one was totally wrong, tried calling the store 7 times, kept getting transferred. We emailed the company and said some one would get back to us in 3 to 5 day's. Last pizza from this place for us.

Ordered food here it was all cold . Get home missing pizzas . I come back and it takes 10 minutes for help: . While I am waiting they are telling people they are out of a lot of food . They are also telling people on line orders are not working correctly they are not getting orders . A lot of unhappy customers . Very unorganized.

Wished i could give negative stars we had delivery our order shows up missing a few items. No big deal it happens so i call the store when i gave them my fiancée last name guy on the other end of line started to question me about her last name saying thats not a real name. And started to make fun of it. All i gotta say is next time i wont be getting delivery ill be sure to approach this store in person and deal with it. Absolutely horrible to make fun of a customers last name.

I recently placed a delivery order totaling $48.88, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to both multiple mistakes in my order and the way my concerns were handled.
Order Issues:
Missing Items: Starry drink and 2 cups were not included.
Pizza Incorrect: I ordered a half-and-half pepperoni pizza (half cupped pepperoni, half regular) in tavern style, but it was not prepared half-and-half nor in tavern style.
Apple Pies: These were severely undercooked, doughy on the inside, and inedible.
Customer Service Issues:
When I called the store to resolve these issues:
On my first call, I was told that they did not make my order at all.
On my second call, I asked for a manager and was connected with someone who identified herself only as Tiffany, stating she was the store manager and refusing to provide her last name.
She refused to issue any reimbursement for the missing/incorrect items.
She dismissed my concern about the apple pies, saying she had never heard of complaints about them being undercooked.
When I explained the pizza was not correct, she insisted that tavern style is always cut in squares (which I already knew) but ignored the fact it was not prepared as ordered.
She then claimed that her district manager personally made my order and that if I wanted a refund, I would need to physically bring the incorrect food back to the store—despite the fact that I had paid extra for delivery service.
When I explained that this was unfair and poor customer service, Tiffany told me that she “doesn’t do customer service.”
Why This Matters:
I paid for a service and did not receive what I ordered. Beyond that, the way I was spoken to was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. A manager refusing to take accountability and telling a paying customer they “don’t do customer service” is unacceptable representation of your brand.
Resolution Requested:
A full or partial reimbursement for the items that were incorrect/missing/inedible.
A review of how customer complaints are handled at this location, as I was treated unfairly and disrespectfully.
Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from this location again and strongly recommend that others avoid it until these issues are corrected.

Food was fantastic, just wish the lobby had air conditioning it was so hot in there you start sweating within a minute, asked the employees who were covered I. Sweat to adjust their air and they responded were waiting for it to be fixed still. It’s been since June is what they told me! Whonlets their employees let alone their customers deal with this heat. I’m sorry but I can’t support owners that don’t care.

First I ordered a pizza, and it never came! I waited 3 hours. They told me they apparently called me to tell me they wouldn't be delivering but I have no calls from them. They told me they'd bring me the same order so I set that up the following day. They then brought me the wrong pizza. I quit ordering at this location for about a year. Silly me for thinking now would he a great time to try them again. I paid for a dinner box and received a small pizza and half my cinnamon sticks were missing. Tried calling but the store won't pick up they don't even close for another 2.5 hours. Idk this place has gone SO far downhill.

This is an update. Following my feedback, management reached out to me and apologized for my poor experience. They gave me a credit for another pizza.

We ordered a large Vegitarian Supreme this time. It was much better than the pizza I ordered a week ago. Kuddos to the management for acknowledging my disapppointment and making it right.

I wanted to take a trip down memory lane and the Pizza Hut expeience from my youth. I was greatly disappointed. I ordered from a take-away, delivery location. I ordered online from a few blocks away so that I could pick up my pizza hot. The cook took it out of the oven and tossed it on a counter. My asumption is the front counter person is supposed to handle it from there. My pizza sat for a few minutes because the front counter person was taking calls and handling walk-ins. Finally, the cook came back and boxed my pizza and handed it to me. That should have been done immediately.

The pizza was nothing like Pizza Hut pizza of the past. My pizza was dry, over-cooked and tasteless. A walk down memory lane turned into a nightmare! GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

They were soooo busy when I stopped by for a carry out order but the staff was so friendly and expedient and efficiently worked the crowd so that I wasn’t waiting in line long. Good food and service, thanks!! 😁
