Would not recommend going here for a wedding cake. My sister and our mother have been going back and forth over a month playing phone tag. They said her date was available on the phone when we finally got someone to answer my mom, to have my sister fill out the forms online. Which she did, then they emailed back saying they couldn’t do it because of the date. When they said before they would call us nor email us after she filled the forms out. Now we have to scramble to find someone else in time since we wasted so much time here.

Candice did the flowers and the cakes and cookies for my daughter's wedding. Everything was beautiful and perfect. Our guests raved about the cakes and cookies...especially the macarons! When I saw all the beautiful flowets it brought tears to my eyes. Candice was so good to work with. I highly recommend her for any special occasion.

My family and I LOVE Pollen and Pastry! We look forward to seeing what Candice has for bakery items when we go. We also love looking around the cute shop that has flowers, hand poured candles, plants and health goodies like essential oil rollers and herbed bath salts.
We always get greeted with a beautiful smile and a warm welcome from Sam who works there; she is so sweet! 💛
We’ve ordered birthday cakes from here too and Candice and her team even hand delivered to our home. The cakes were delicious and tender and everyone who tasted the cakes loved them too!
My only wish is that the shop was open more so that we could pop in during the week to grab some goodies. Maybe in the future there will be a sit down bakery open during the week because that would be AMAZING.

Rentals were very easy to navigate. The desserts were delicious, we still have family members talking about the cookies! We were even able to rent candlestick holders for our centerpieces, making everything very simple.
