Great food! The chicken (in any form) is delicious! The burgers are also very good. Haven’t tried all of the sides but so far all food has been fantastic. You really can’t go wrong here. And now lobster rolls even!!!

Had the Buffalo Chicken Philly last night. That Bourbon Buffalo Sauce is straight FIRE. The way it combines with the cheese and pulled chicken creates an excellent balance of tangy, Smokey, and creamy flavors that I did NOT want to stop eating.
This may be my new favorite sandwich in town. Period. Full stop. Aaron and Crew knocked this one out of the park and then some.

Pulled chicken wrap and the jalapeño cornbread were AMAZING! Just the cornbread alone I'd go back for!!! Husband ordered the Buffalo Philly which had amazing flavor, and tender chicken!!! Our son introduced us to this place last night. Can't wait to go back!

I would give 20 stars if I could. Our experience was elevated and top notch! If you're thinking about eating here, stop reading this and just go! The inside of the building is so unique and refreshing - a true Peoria gem we are lucky to have in our community! Everything we ordered tasted amazing (we got the mac, burger, and truffle fries). The staff clearly love working there because the experience they deliver was above par. Parking is easy to find around the building and even though the place was busy, there was plenty of seating inside. I only wish I would have learned about it sooner. 10/10 would recommend again and again! Thank you Pop Up Chicken Shop for what you're doing for our community and economy!!
This place is always fairly busy and it's easy to see why. The food is really good. Their Original Chicken Sando is delicious. Great breading, flavorful sauce and a nice bun. Their version of hot has a bit less of a kick than I'd expect, but there's some great flavor in there. Would love for them to offer an atomic version.
They serve a separate menu from "The Love Shack" as well which has smash burgers. I have a pretty big appetite and found that one patty was enough for me for a lunch portion. Cheese curds are amazing when dipped in their Pop-up sauce.
Overall, I feel like I got my money's worth.

Definitely really good and as good as I remember, I got the Sando chicken. I got the Mac and cheese and it’s very watery now, I hope that’s not the new normal.. it was still good but not as good as in the past

I ordered this frying chicken and corn from them they put just chilli and sugar who can eat this they didn’t even add little salt in it and i just dumped in garbage can horrible taste both

Great place!!! We had some fried legs and thighs and Mac & cheese, and they were awesome! Chicken pieces were huge! Breading had a nice flavor and not greasy! a lot of places have really bland Mac & cheese but theirs was really creamy and had really good flavor! Definitely recommend!

Not only amazing food every time, as I order this for my brother's family at least once every couple weeks...but always outstanding customer service.
The general manager is so kind. I made an epic error ordering at the Peoria location tonight and meant to order @ Bloomington. Although, I was clearly in the wrong as it was my error, he quickly helped me get it corrected and had our order out in less than 10 minutes. This is an awesome leader and manager, obviously why it's such a successful business. Always starts with the leader. Thank you to the GM and Pop Up. Highly Recommend.
