This store can NEVER get an order right … at this point it’s time to clean house …no sauces , no honey , wrong sizes && they’ve been out of red beans and rice since i’ve ordered from them in the past three weeks.

TLDR: Food is awesome. Service SUCKS. Underline that and make it bold.

Went through the drive through, ordered the little cajun shrimp things and two chicken biscuits. First time at a Popeye's. Although I was acknowledged immediately when I pulled up to the menuboard, it took quite awhile for the employee to actually take my order. My passenger and I stopped keeping track after 10 minutes. There was one other car in front of us, but we were in line for just under 30 minutes before we arrived at the window.
The lady at the window must have been having a terrible day. There was no hello, smile, please, thank you, nothing nice at all. Grabs the money from me, hands back change, and yanked that window closed seemingly as fast as she could. Waited awhile longer for our food at the end of the line where there are windows. I thought maybe they were busy, but from the outside looking in, there were probably 12 people inside at the tables, another 3 at the counter ordering. After another 15 minutes, we had our food. Do NOT go here expecting to obtain and consume your meal and return to work in time to clock back in before the end of your shift.

As for the food, it was wonderful! Whoever is cooking those little shrimp guys is doing a fantastic job! And the biscuit, my goodness, it was very good!

Even though the food was great, I won't be returning to this Popeye's. These folks obviously don't their customers or their customer's time, although they do make some fine food.

Rude manager, forgot sauce for my order, the wait was 25 min for a sandwich, 3 tenders which were also tiny, and the wait was for the fries which ended up tasting stale. I ordered spicy chicken and ended up with regular even after they said all they had was spicy. Sad for me and everyone involved.

Came thru the drive thru and attempted to order and no one answered on the speaker. I pulled up to the window and ordered only 4 pieces of chicken legs and thighs. I was informed they needed to cook it fresh. I ordered at 12:30 and didn't get my food until 1:30. I had to go inside to ask what was going on with my order and then was told it's coming up. Terrible customer service no apologies just ill throw in a few pieces for u. I got the chicken tasted as of it had no seasonings and was over cooked and for my long wait she added just an additional 2 pieces of chicken. The consistency and professionalism is terrible.
