Unbelievable this is the second Popeyes we went to within 20 mins and this place had the workers sitting in their cars smelling like weed. Then when we were trying to go into a locked store, they came out of the car with a child into the restaurant. I would be a fool to let them make food for me or even my worst enemy. Corporate Popeyes needs to get a handle on this issue in Bloomington.

Would give zero stars but that's not an option. Lobby is always closed with no signs. And workers are always rude when asked why they are closed without signage.

I ordered two chicken sandwichs and what arrived was two chicken strips torn in half on a bun. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have never ordered from here and not had a problem. Do not order from here!

Who's in charge here? All these complaints and nothing seems done! I order online and go thru the drive thru to get my order because the lobby doors are locked. 3-4 customers inside but noone else allowed. Wait for 40 minutes to finally get someone to get to the speaker. "Please hold" After about an hour waiting to get to the window. Female comes to the window and tells me its almost done. I wait another 20 minutes. When he came to the window I was just upset he said are you (this person) i responded with yes thinking my order was right. I was very polite grabbed the bag and left to find out it was not my order. $40 wrong order! I hate to write something but this is very upsetting. Please fix

It doesn’t take an hour to make a 3pc with fries and a 3pc tender meal with fries. Mind you I ordered IN THE PARKING LOT via the app because the door to the lobby was locked. They would randomly let people inside for whatever reason I’m not sure of. But I literally sat waiting in the lot before i got in line 20 minutes then sat another 30 IN THE DRIVE THRU. Worst fast food service I’ve ever had. I’m not even from here and I for damn sure won’t ever be back lol

Absolutely the worst restaurant in the history or restaurants. They are never open the posted hours and when they are the orders are wrong guarantee every time. This place is going to close and it’s sad because we will have no where to get chicken in town anymore. Popeyes needs to do better than this.

I knew this location was known for being slow. So I ordered ahead an hour thinking it would give them extra time to prepare a simple 12 piece meal. It was very apparent by the fact I waited 30 minutes after arriving at my pickup time, watching the workers literally mosey around without a care in the world, that this establishment has given up. They were out of several staple items, and I watched them pack up chicken that had been sitting in the warmer for the entire 30 minutes (probably longer) in my Togo, so it wasn’t even fresh. My family loves Popeyes, but we won’t be back.

My S/O and I have lived in the area for years and have NEVER had as many bad experiences as we have here. We loved Popeyes before moving here and now we can’t stand it. Always burnt, dry, sitting for at least 30 minutes and it’s refried for another full cycle it seems. The fries are awful they taste like the fryer oil hasn’t been changed in 2 weeks and they’re burnt. Mashed with watery gravy, OUT of Mac? Not even told half the time it’s just replaced with crappy mashed. We’ve tried giving four or five chances and we’re just done. First time they were OUT OF CHICKEN and we just left. Gave them benefit of the doubt WAY too many times. I worked in fast food and I know it can be hard, but every visit at this location is just pathetically attempted, they just don’t care. The standards at this location are just not there.
Edit: What do you know? Same generic response with 0 action taken. Epitome of an owner who doesn’t care.

Slow slow slow slow works take their time, not even busy and been waiting on a pickup for over 30 minutes what kind restaurant takes that long, don’t come here unless you wanna spend hours waiting for basic food, the cook does not even prepare food he just waits till someone orders then drops it in the fryer and then cashier just stands and ignores and listen to her AirPods she looks young so maybe

Only been here twice because I am not a fan of cajun spice. However, I read they had one of the best chicken sandwiches in fast food. The first time it was very good but the second time it was awful. Service was too. They were so slow. Food was not warm. I don't think I'll be back. I am not a fan of fast food to start with.
