This location has problems with their employees.. been waiting 45 min for food I ordered online. Not sure what the problem is and why they make peoples food first that walk in and if you order online you have to wait till they want to make your order and act like it a big problem. Hen you might not get what you even ordered..Not the first time it’s happened at this location. But it’s the last time I ever spend my money here…………

I have loved Potbelly’s for years, but when I ate there on Saturday, every single table was dirty… and it was not that busy. Not trying to be critical, but the staff really needs to pay attention to the state of the dining room and make sure it’s cleaned up. It felt dirty.

Aspen is working magic behind the counter. We got here in the evening and she was by her self initially and holding down the fort. She was efficient and thorough and made excellent sandwich for us. Unlike some other folks who may be disgruntled or irritated with handling the large volumes and orders by themselves she was even keel and gave us the attention and the best service. Proof was in the pudding when we ate our sandwich. I was compelled to go back and share with her how impressed and happy we were. She is truly a rockstar!! Thank you Aspen for making our experience so wonderful. You would not have known but we just moved into a new apartment, so after driving for about 10 hours and the move this perfect sandwich is exactly what we needed. Thanks for making our experience so great!!

My car is broke down so I ordered delivery.I ordered 2 sandwiches one for me and my son. I received one! After working a double shift and had not eaten yet I was highly upset . I called them she said I found it right here! “You can come pick it up”I told her why I couldn’t and she said well we are short on delivery drivers! Well you just delivered one of my sandwiches she refused to deliver or compensate me in any way! Refund , pick it up or pay for door dash when I already paid to deliver with a tip! I placed an on-line order for a sandwich and 2 cookies. I arrived at 5:45pm when my order was supposed to be ready for pick up. The girl said it will be a couple more minutes. I knew I was in trouble when there were 6 other people waiting for their orders too. I ended up waiting 25 minutes!! I am sorry but this is unacceptable for one sandwich and 2 cookies!!! I truly appreciate the people that do come in and work because I know a lot of places are short handed but maybe they need to divide and conquer? Have one person working on online orders and one working on the dine in or something!! I doLike their food and will eat there to dine in but I will NEVER order for pick up again!?

Shortage of staff. We stood by the register several minutes waiting to pay because no one was at the register. The all gendered restrooms were awkward to say the least. I opened the door to go in and was greeted by 2 men. One at the sink, I think, and one coming out of the stall. I was shocked and apologized before realizing it is all gendered. I just left! Not sure if the door was supposed to be locked or what. Awkward! Gave the low star rating for atmosphere due to restroom situation.

Ordered pick up and simply didn't get what I ordered.... frustrating..... went back reorder and paid for another sandwich. Service got worse. Girl behind the counter did not care at all about service. Updating to one star on service.

Came to Bloomington with my granddaughter for a shopping visit, she wanted to try potbelly. It was phenomenal, we both got the wreck sandwich, I got a small bowl loader bake potato soup, and voodoo chips, she also ordered a strawberry shake, I tasted it and wow it was so good. I will definitely be back for another lunch. Place is clean, nice atmosphere for a sandwich shop, clean. Your in Bloomington for lunch stop in, it's so good you might not find a parking spot.
