I called them she said I found it right here! “You can come pick it up”I told her why I couldn’t and she said well we are short on delivery drivers! I placed an on-line order for a sandwich and 2 cookies. I arrived at 5:45pm when my order was supposed to be ready for pick up. The girl said it will be a couple more minutes. I knew I was in trouble when there were 6 other people waiting for their orders too. I ended up waiting 25 minutes!! I am sorry but this is unacceptable for one sandwich and 2 cookies!!! I truly appreciate the people that do come in and work because I know a lot of places are short handed but maybe they need to divide and conquer? Have one person working on online orders and one working on the dine in or something!! I doLike their food and will eat there to dine in but I will NEVER order for pick up again!?

Shortage of staff. We stood by the register several minutes waiting to pay because no one was at the register. The all gendered restrooms were awkward to say the least. I opened the door to go in and was greeted by 2 men. One at the sink, I think, and one coming out of the stall. I was shocked and apologized before realizing it is all gendered. I just left! Not sure if the door was supposed to be locked or what. Awkward! Gave the low star rating for atmosphere due to restroom situation.

Came to Bloomington with my granddaughter for a shopping visit, she wanted to try potbelly. It was phenomenal, we both got the wreck sandwich, I got a small bowl loader bake potato soup, and voodoo chips, she also ordered a strawberry shake, I tasted it and wow it was so good. I will definitely be back for another lunch. Place is clean, nice atmosphere for a sandwich shop, clean. Your in Bloomington for lunch stop in, it's so good you might not find a parking spot.Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich

Food was excellent. Parking is rather tight due to the building and spaces being shared with other businesses. The workers inside were all polite. Only major complaint was that the music inside the restaurant was way too loud. It was hard to hear the people talking who were sitting across from me.

I ordered a pick 2 online for pick up on Wednesday November 8th for lunch. The food was ready when I picked it up. I ordered extra bacon and extra pot pie crumbles for the soup. I was charged .99 for the bacon and .89 for the crumble. However, I didn’t get either. I called them and was told I could get a free soup the next time I come in - she said to just tell the manager. I declined and asked for my money back. The food was fine- just messy. There were not any napkins in the bag. The sandwich and both wrappers were drenched in the hot pepper oil. Never did get that money back either. Overall my experience has been that they are inconsistent in the quality of food and service.

Apparently they thought my name was funny when I placed an online order. A few minutes after submitting the order through the mobile app, I walked into the store and heard several employees including the one pictured here, laughing at my name. Stay professional and classy! Oh and perhaps try to act as if you give af about ur customers instead of dryly giving attitude when u ask them what ingredients they want. I’ve literally had more professional attitude given to me at prison visits by the staff. Lol. Also maybe try putting a trash can near the drink area so that customers don’t have to walk past people trying to eat at corner table when they throw away trash. Ya know, the basics that someone should consider when owning and operating a restaurant.

We went for lunch monday 10/30/2023.the food was good, the service was fantastic, the atmosphere was acceptzble eccept for one thing. When i opened the door on the cooler with the softdrinks, a powerfully bad odor hit me like a ton. In the bottom of the cooler were rotten onions, tomatos, and other things that have apparently been there for quiet awhile. This leaves me to question the cleanliness of the rest of the restaurant. Now mind you i'm all for small business succeding, and that is why I'm makng you aware of this problem. Why, when you restock your cooler you can't clean this out?
