We are loyal Red Lobster patrons. The staff are great and understand what customer service is. They do a great job! Love the call ahead and reservation option now, however the change was not well publicized as many are not aware. The website is difficult to navigate at times.I was disappointed a bit as prices have increased, but I am not convinced the quality or quantity reflects that.Also the interior needs a major overall...I was seated in a booth with an extremely large tear in the upholstery (not very appealing) and the cleanliness of the carpet and tables is concerning as you are not sure due to wear and tear. They have talked about a new building/location for many years in Bloomington-Normal, IL, but it never seems to happen.I realize these have been difficult times for many businesses, but the building/location has been a concern for over 20 years. Too bad they did not consider the old Biaggi's building, that might have been a great option w/o new building costs!Parking: Most of the parking is on the sides and in back of the resturant. It it dark at night and can be a long walk to the front entrance. Handicap parking is very close to the entrance which is great.

Just like red lobster and Peoria , Illinois Vendors are not getting paid. The business is owned by Golden Gate in California. If you look at their website, they are a bunch Foreigners that own Golden Gate perhaps that is why they’re sending the vendors billing over to India they don’t care about the workers that take care of the restaurants
