The meatloaf was good. The brisket was tough, and had an odd aftertaste. Our server was very good, and made the night enjoyable. The noise level was getting loud by the time we were leaving, but they were packed.
Birthday was not referenced once even though we had it tagged in the reservation. Did hear you get a free desert if they remember-good luck to you if you choose this establishment to celebrate. Music was Schizophrenic(ranged from EDM to 1960s Aretha Franklin). Mac and cheese was dry and bland. Fish (pollock) was not good. Fries were decent. Fiancé said filet was alright. We will not return.
We have been to Revery numerous times and have always loved it. This time was different. Our waiter was wonderful despite the fact he had 15 tables which is the entire back room. Service was slow due to this, which wasn't his fault. Almost 45 minutes before we got our drinks and ordered our meal. We did get the appetizer quickly. The brie had little flavor as did the bread. I ordered the filet and the texture was more like short ribs, kinda weird. I substituted the sweet...
