Rosati's Pizza of Bloomington/Normal

Thought I would give it a try, it was awful. Crust was so hard couldn’t eat it and tasted like it had been cooked hours earlier. I stopped in around 2pm and chairs were still on top of dirty tables.
Never again !!!

I wish I could leave 0 stars but that is not so 1 it is. I went in to get a slice of pizza and was not greeted upon arrival. After waiting 5 mins. a worker came from the back to put something in the heater and saw me but said nothing. He did not acknowledge me at all after I had already been waiting. After this horrible service I left because I did not feel like a valued customer.

First time here and great experience. Great customer service, greeted when entering the location, and great food. Will definitely be back and will recommend!

On hold over 15 minutes to place an order before being disconnected. Love the pizza but not worth the wait!!!!!

They do not have deep dish gluten free. They looked surprised that we came in to eat. They didn't have menus. There was more seating for slots than pizza. We didn't stay, so I cannot rate their food.

The guy at the register wasn't helpful or very friendly. He was more interested in watching videos on his phone that we could hear 10 feet away. The food was decent.

Consistency is key for me with pizza, and this thin crust is consistently 🔥. Thank you Rosati's Bloomington. Never change.

We ate in. Service was great. The waiter accidentally knocked over a closed, half used, 2 liter and replaced it with a new full one, without us asking. He even gave us garlic puffs to try for free. I told him it wasn't needed, but he insisted. Pizza was great! Chicago style, extra cheese and pepperoni.

Gentleman who took and made my order was very cool and the wings and pizza reminded me of back home in the suburbs of Chicago, would definitely go here if you like that thin crust Chicago style pizza. Would’ve taken a picture but it was so good I just ate it all too fast😂😂

Don't go here for deep dish pizza. Hey Rosati's add 1.5x the cheese and 1/2 the amount of dough. THEN you have a Chicago deep dish. The dough was the same amount as the cheese. Making the pizza dry. Bring it back to 1964, where you made good pizza<3

We ordered delivery on a busy Saturday night, Not only was our food delivered on time but was still piping hot. My Pasta was delicious I couldn't be happier thank you for a wonderful dinner we loved it.

Refused to honor coupons currently listed on their own website. They said “We don’t have that coupon anymore” despite it being currently listed online. Cited a pizza coupon to me as another coupon not available, despite my order having nothing to do with pizza. Claimed that the validity of the coupon can be at the discretion of the store owners, despite the website coupons specifically identifying this location as being valid.

Haven't ordered Rosati's in a while. I do pickup and it's always hot and fresh. ALWAYS have had good food. Got a Chicago Deep dish tonight and it was delicious. Two of us were full from a total of 3 pieces from a 12” pie. With Giordano's going down, this is the go to place for Chicago style for me. Calzones are awesome, too.

I go here often for lunch because it's so convenient, the slices of pizza are always ready as soon as I order. I tried the assortment of appetizers when I went with my brother and it was all good. I recommend the mozzarella sticks and the chicken tenders. The service is great and the pizza is delicious!
