Have coffee with friends at Starbucks on weekends.
I frequent this place multiple times a week. Service has been extremely slow lately and my drink has been incorrect multiple times. I always order ahead through the mobile app. When I get to the window I'm usually handed the wrong drink. An apology would really be suffice, but in return its an excuse about the computer or the machine that prints the stickers. Accountability goes a long way!
