Preordered cookie and 2 coffees on app at 3:08 pm on 1/25/25. 5 min drive to store. Only cookie ready when I got there, no problem. Then as I patiently waited for 10 min, I finally stood at end of counter. 3 people working and 2 appeared to only be working on drive through orders. Another gentleman was at other end of counter doing I’m not sure what. No sense of urgency nor was I even acknowledged until the gentleman decided to come over and help with coffees. I even got notification that order was ready and they still hadn’t even started my order yet. Walked out at 3:33 finally with my order. I am from out of state visiting my mom and have never had a problem with this location until today. Next time I will drive the extra few minutes and hopefully have better service. I am not one to complain about service because I appreciate them being there to serve. I even tip usually but I could not see this service tip worthy. Do better.

Ordered ahead on the mobile app for pickup on 12/23/24 @4:33pm and when I arrived the door was locked to go inside. An employee yelled from the inside to “drive around” circling his finger in the air. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and when I asked for my order they had no idea it was placed. Sat in line even longer and finally got my coffee. I’ll skip this location going forward.

A crowd is to be expected at Starbucks on a cold Saturday morning but what’s not expected is to wait in line over 15 minutes and the store manger was taking orders and then assigns someone else to take orders and he takes 7 minutes to come take the order which never happened at all 3 customers left the store after wasting 20 mins of their lives. 🗑️ trash experience

STARBUCKS is always busy, and next to T-Mobil. BOTH have a good staff. I will get a coffee when we are doing business in the phone store next door to STARBUCKS.

Vegetarian options: N/A aswe are there for coffee. ;)

Parking: ON Veterans Pkwy, Blmtn, iL - STARBUCKS is imediately next to T-Mobil and same building as Potbelly.

Kid-friendliness: Happy & helpful

Wheelchair accessibility: It would be a challenge- tight entrance!

People there seem to not have a clue. It seems they can't get 1 cup of coffee and a pastry to go without having issues. I get Starbucks pretty much every week day but I've stopped at this location for the last time.

If this review had a title I'd call it
Clueless in Starbucks

I was having such a day when I stopped in for a holiday coffee and (hopefully) a cheery red cup. The barrister said he had just given out the last one. Then he came back with HIS red cup and gave it to me. His act of kindness truly made my day! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Trey!

Made an order online 15 minutes before I went to pick it up. Place wasn’t busy cause it was after 6pm. There were only two people at the bar and one was walking around doing nothing. While one was making a drink for the one person in the drive through. I’m waiting and the one guy doing nothing finally decided to do something and “try” to make our drinks. Messed up my drink two times, laughing that he’s never made a mocha before, and when I finally got it I was running late for work and the drink was nothing but just milk and white chocolate with very runny cold form. No espresso in it at all!

Starbucks employee seemed abusive a older lady wearing braids injured My pinky finger in drive thru did not hand it to me so I can take it placed it in my hand hard and aggressive as the lady was angry its still swollen and in terrible pain 24 hours later if it does not go away going to hospital im a small woman older too maybe she broke it I am from another part of illinois I was there in that area visiting and went through the drive thru I ordered a Americano it's expresso on ice with cream and sugar you put on the side the young lady did not give me something to stir ingredients so I politely and kindly asked for napkin and spoon or straw to stir in the items they gave me the young lady handed me a wooden stir stick with her hands after handling register I told her your handling money and I can't put that in my drink so she went to her manager and I asked nicely for something to stir in so in aggressive and angry manner she handed me a plastic spoon. Wrapped in plastic the stir stick was not in plastic if your handling money at the register the straw or stir stick needs to be in pladyic when handing it to a customer as uncovered would add germs from money so asking for a spoon or straw properly sealed for the customers safety is not unreasonable she placed it hard in my hand that my hand was in pain when I drove away and my right pinky finger is in pain 24 hours later and swelled up I called police if the pain does not go away I'm going to seek medical attention she was training her poorly and no one should be harmed going through the drive thru

It’s a Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm. Idk who the shift supervisor on duty is at this location, but there is ONE employee on bar and one at drive through. And one guy who’s just kind of wandering around doing random things who I assume is the shift sup. There’s NO reason that guy can’t be helping his colleague out on bar right now. But instead he’s leaving her to deal with every drink and every customer. Instead of hopping on bar with her, he’s trying to turn away walk-in customers by telling them the INSANE ticket time. I am floored. The amazing employee on bar needs a raise and a promotion because she is standin on business, getting the work done, WITH excellent customer service. Shift sup is still hiding in the back somewhere as I type this. Imma say this louder for the shift sup hiding in the back…NOT EVERYONE SHOULD BE A MANAGER! PAY THE EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY WORK!

The music playing inside this location is often so loud that my wife text me saying she can't stay there any longer. The drive thru line is always so long that people are leaving rather than waiting in it. Seems like they're constantly going thru new employees... Idk. The products they sell are fine but everything else about this location is just... Its unpleasant.

Walked in and ordered a Frappuccino, an employee yelled 20 minute wait. I asked for the manager and was told the manager was on break. Very rude employee.

While waiting for my venti iced pumpkin chai which took 40 MINUTES that’s just absurd!! i look over to the window for a second to be greeted by this nice lady at the window and once she turns around i notice this barista with black and blonde hair whom was wearing grey jeans with black lace on the pockets and a black shirt scratching her behind then sniff it and continue to make drinks like it’s a normal everyday thing. Once i finally received my chai i completely lost my appetite and thirst so i threw out my drink. i will never be returning 1/10 experience

I've been coming to Starbucks for quite along time. The barista i had today Zakiyah has been better than anyone else I had an encounter with by far. She was kind, upbeat and just very friendly. I'm sure I didn't spell it right but she was wonderful. Will return to this specific one because of her.
