Very disappointed. I placed a mobile order expecting convenience, but ended up waiting 30 minutes inside the store—with my toddler—just to receive it. The whole point of using the app for store pickup is to save time and avoid hassle. This experience completely defeated that purpose. Honestly, I don’t see myself coming back after this.

David was absolutely perfect he was so friendly and helpful he made my experience absolutely perfect 🤩 he let me order a sandwich at the window he also put all the sauces in there for me (thank you by the way i loved the green truffle) never tried before and he did all this with a smile and kindness he deserves a raise 🙌🏻 THANK YOU DAVID

I am FURIOUS! i went to 🌟 💵 yesterday and not only did my drink get accidentally handed to the car in front of me then still handed to me but my espresso was spilled out of my cup they didnt offer to remake it nothing just said “ my bad “ “so sorry “ even today next morning i went back today and told a shift lead about my experience she just said im sorry thanks for telling me. Like what !?

Went this morning for my coffee noticed the last few times they havent even wrote on my cup and thats what makes my day it was kind of just in and out not even a hey how are you doing ? Just felt like another number when i am a regular and i use to feel important when i spend over $120 a week i should feel good when going and i dont ! I really miss the barista she was a african american lady she was so sweet so nice she was always on the drive through she maybe stopped working there about 6 weeks ago i havent seen her any way i miss the vibes and positivity she brought to that store 🩷 i wish i remembered her name i know it started with a B

I had a bad experience when I received attitude from a manager by the name of liz i believe but some young lady by the name of blaisee changed my whole experience from negative to absolutely positive, she had the best customer service i have probably ever encountered. She apologized for ne being upset she fixed the issue and all while she had a genuine smile on her face. Unfortunately i haven’t seen her around lately so i refuse to go to this location beside her uplifting my day on multiple occasions i just rather not they are always to busy taking so long to help customers some if not most have attitude drinks are never made correct then they get mad when asked to remake that is one thing that young lady blaisee also did was make my drink absolutely perfect hope to see her back one day ill try seeing sometime
