Tight parking and drive thru. Tiny inside. Not the typical looking location. There is no display with foods. Inattentive staff. Uncomfortable seating. If I knew the area, I would have gone to the location not too far down the street, instead.

We got trapped in line for 45 minutes, waiting to pick up an online order. There was one car ahead of us nearly the whole time. We couldn’t get out of line due to the concrete curb. We actually missed a show because we could not get out of line! When I called the store to ask what was going on, they hung up on me. I called back later and the “shift lead” did not care to hear about my experience. This was on 1/18/25 at 2:30pm in case any managers read this :) the situation sucked, but the workers’ ineptitude and disregard was really what made it especially awful. I hope that they get some training on problem solving, customer service, and general communication skills.

Blaise the Cashier /Barista was absolutely Amazing. She explained when out of several items we were wanting in a way I didn't drive away upset. Her customer service is phenomenal and I pray she is rewarded for her fantastic customer service. I always say you can teach people to be you. She definitely surpassed the normal customer service you expect. Thank You Thank You Thank You for being you. You Are Absolutely Amazing. Keep making people Smile.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Got to the window and was never greeted. Waited another 8 minutes and lady came back to window did not say anything to us. Took the order and walked away. Well I guess you don’t need my money so we drove away also. Very poor customer service. Everyone was waiting at least 10 minutes. If there was not a curb I would have pulled though sooner

Always busy and understaffed. Daughter and I waited 30 minutes for two basic menu item drinks. Online orders were constantly coming in with there orders not done.

this starbucks takes forever to make dashers orders they don’t take any attention to them what so ever been waiting over 20 minutes 2 times at this starbucks
Never have, never will, I prefer real coffee, not over priced convenient store beverages.

I've come in here on several occasions. I'm always the only one never greeted, I watch people walk in and out and I look around like am I seriously invisible. It's like I look unapproachable which is odd because everywhere I go I usually give and get so much love. Never coming here again.
