The staff here is really nice and seems like they are trying to help. Maybe just understaffed? Waited 30 min stuck in drive thru which I have never experienced with Starbucks.

Love this Starbucks. They are very efficient here the only things is they don't have the nugget ice like the location on Morrissey and the entrance is a little hard to get into.
