Darius welcomed us today when we walked in the door while preparing someone’s order! That’s a great way to set the tone for a pleasant visit! I’m a huge fan of the Garlic Steakburger and smaller cut fries and Darius cooked them to perfection 🍟 🍔 ! I really enjoyed the Biscoff Milkshake too! During our visit we got to see one of the employees roll up all the mats for cleaning and return them looking great! 🤩

This Steak n Shake on So. Veterans is always meticulously clean with great food and service. Everytime we are there, the manager is actively helping his staff and talking to his customers. We go to this Steak n Shake to support the manager who obviously works hard and takes pride in his restaurant.

After a long time since my last trip to Steak and Shake, I'm very happy to say that their double cheeseburgers are still awesome. I'm not a fan of ordering from the kiosk, but it wasn't difficult. The results were really good.

I went through the drive thru. They got my order wrong. I went inside and told them it was wrong only to be looked at like I'm the one who messed up. I told them what my order was. I was assured that it was right. I should have looked again ... Because it was wrong yet again. I had already arrived home, ready to eat, when I found out. I tried calling several times with no answer.

We got burgers, fries, and shakes. The burgers and fries were as expected, but i thought I got a patty melt. To me this means a burger with onions and Swiss grilled buttery bread, and it's cut diagonally. This was just 2 big pieces of white bread lightly buttered and toasted, no onions, no Swiss, not cut. It was tasty and I ate it, but it was not as expected.

I went with my sister who is disable and has a hard time standing. The only way to order was standing at a kiosk. There was no one working the counter. I asked the person working the drive through window for a printed menu for my sister to look at and they didn’t have one. I had to shuttle back and forth between the kiosk and her table asking about toppings etc.
I went to get our drinks at the fountain but it would not dispense soda. Finally a staff person told me I had to scan the bar code on the receipt at a nearby code scanner first.
Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t think the kiosk for ordering was accessible.

I placed my order at this store thinking it was another store, I don't visit this location because they are rude and customer service is a -10, I was trying to cancel my order since I couldn't pick it up it took over 15calls and over 30mins for someone to answer the phone and be rude. Told me I had to cancel on the website and hung up, I called back and told them the website says call the store. Still telling me there is nothing they can do, ask for this person's name since he is saying I have to talk to his boss he's yelling at me to not yell at him, which is ridiculous since I'm at work by this time. I would like a refund for the order I didn't get, and note this store is terrible, a friend also got food poisoning from this location I would never intentionally go to this store, it could be the only one in town and I wouldn't go there. 1802 s Veterans Bloomington, il

Really good i was impressed, went there fri and saturday for lunch. The food was excellent and service was great too. The people who took my order were very nice. This is how i remember steak and shake when i was younger. Highly recommend!!
