So, I don't eat subway very often. Once or twice a month. Which makes the fact these issues keep happening worse given they always seem to occur. Always ordered though app for pickup. This is the closest location to me but will ultimately go elsewhere now.
1. Sandwiches are never toasted correctly. Always underdone or not toasted at all. 2. Ownership changes in last 6-8 months maybe? They always seem upset when you use the rewards or coupons. I don't really understand this one given it's right there in the app. No doubt margins are thin but they can opt out. The 1399FL code is what I use most often. 3. The biggest issue is, they skimp on meats and cheeses. I don't mean like, a piece here or there. But I have ordered their premium sandwich, like the Turkey titan, that is supposed to have extra meat and low and behold it's just a plain turkey every time.
It's a bummer over all. The location is convenient seems clean and organized. I can empathize this must be a tough gig. And mistakes happen. Not the end of the world. But it's clear these are systemic choices made by ownership.

Buyer Beware This is what the nachos look like...false advertisement because the picture in the store looks nothing like this. This my last time with this particular subway store. Would have been better going somewhere else. Never again!
Just wondering if you can let the lettuce turn any browner before replacing it. I didn't look at anything else so I cannot speak on them. Ordered a sandwich for my wife since I didn't want anything. This location never had an issue before so I wasn't watching what was on the table. I believe the heath department needs to make a visit

So disgusted, the employee who was putting the toppings on the sandwiches had gloves on but she was also using the same gloves to handle cash transactions and other things. Not sure if I even want to eat the food. I ordered a 6 inch sub and they put 2 slices of meat & one slice of cheese ripped into two. I'll never come here again! Should report to the health department!

Came in for pickup at time of pickup and the sandwiches weren’t ready. she told me she had to work on them still which would’ve been fine if she didn’t start helping the people after me and finishing them before even starting the online order. it was obvious that she was sitting in the lobby before customers came in, so she didn’t even try to start my order before. store is under new management in recent months and is going deeply down hill.
