Ordered a $15 sandwich. The sandwich was supposed to have tomato, double meat etc. I get home and find a skimpy skinny sandwich that in no way has double meat, has all of two slices of tomato and was wayyyyyyyy over priced. This sandwich is worth $8 I'm not a penny more. I work way too hard for my money to get jipped by only getting half of what I paid for.

This thick piece of hair was in my husband sandwich not only that I had a thin piece of hair on the outside of my sandwich but I didn’t take a pic just threw it off but after seeing one in my husbands was too much of an inconvenience it’s disgusting! So I don’t know what’s going on at this specific subway but this is sick. You all need to take extra precautions/double check because this could really get someone sick. Maybe…hairnets??

I payed with a 20 dollar bill and my meal came out to be 9.96 , so in change I would get back 10 dollars 4 cents , only for the extremely rude employee to tell me she punched my 20 in as a 10 dollar bill and tried to hand me 4 cents in change . I politely explained to the lady I handed her 20 dollars and were was my other 10 bucks in change . She acted extremely weird and suspicious then proceeded to go to the back and hide while calling her manager to then come back out and tell me if her manager counts the drawer and it’s over , I can get my money back . Unbelievable. And my food was messed up anyway I asked for shreddded mozzarella and she put American shredded cheese on my sandwich ?just don’t understand

I cannot have bread so I just order the meat. Been charged the same thing forever now. People are being absolutely rude to me, giving me attitude etc. I said I don’t mind being charged for the Protien bowl and order the 6in steak which is 7.49 as pictured on there own menu and I am being told I am wrong it’s 11.49 which is there 12ft portion. Than they wanted to charge me for 6ft portion of chicken when you are trying to charge me for 12ft portion of steak and I am only getting 6ft chicken, 6ft steak. I use to be a regular but after this I won’t be back it was rude, inappropriate and horrible customer service!!

I went in yesterday to buy 3 sandwiches. There were two people working. The nice young man with glasses was a delight. He was so friendly and helpful. The other person was a middle-aged woman who has absolutely no customer service. She was cold and snappy. It was just me and they were not busy at all. The atmosphere and attitude this woman was putting off made me feel so unwelcome. She was snappy when I asked questions and tried ordering something that was still on their menu and she just snaps "we don't have that anymore". No sorry for the inconvenience just so rude. I will be going to the other subway from now on
Will not be coming back to this chain. I did curbside as i am a bus driver and can not leave bus and got attitude and was told by host come in next time sandwich was not wrapped all the way and also asked nicely for napkins on online order and still didnt recieve napkins!

Terrible customer service every time I have gone to this location. One guy there is always rude, condescending, and lies for his benefit. I’m just trying to order a sandwich. There is zero reason to treat someone like that for placing an order.
