Tried to get food. Doors were unlocked. We went in before close. The employee told us they were no longer open. When I pointed out the time he responded that the pos system was already off. When I asked did you close early then? He said yes. Definitely out of being lazy and wanting to go home and not something actually being wrong to stay open during their actual hours.

Price is 2-3 dollars more than any other subway I've been to, and I've gone to dozens of subways between Chicago and st. Louis. If downtown Chicago subway cost less than a off the highway one, then there's something wrong. Staff was rude when I asked about the price increase,band tried to gaslight me by saying all subways are that price. Nope, just this one. There's a subway every exit friends, just go to the next one.

Went to use a coupon. Apparently the trainee didn’t know that a certain sun sandwich wasn’t on the coupon. Sandwiches was over half made. Apparently the boss says that that particular sandwich wasn’t part of the sandwich. Then go to take apart the sandwich we wanted. I had no clue about the coupon and what sandwiches was part of it. The proper thing to do would’ve been just to make the sandwiches and give them give it part of the deal, but apparently they don’t have great customer service there. So we left with nothing and won’t return. At least to that particular subway.

Standard subway experience. Understaffed imo, but the employees are friendly and do their best to provide good service.

Just a bit pricey, especially when it’s a family of 5. We spend over $100 each time we go. We could go to a sit down restaurant for cheaper, but all 3 of my teenage kids love it.
Parking: Maybe 8 spots total to try and squeeze in if it’s full or if anyone is in the drive thru it’s hard to enter and exit the tiny parking lot
