This subway was so filthy, the food looked absolutely disgusting I was terrified to order. The odor in the store was nauseating. Please bring back the old management and staff because this place is terrible now.

The new Indian management is more than garbage. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The customer service was poor, and they were extremely stingy with ingredients, especially the cheese. They also refused to accept my coupons, even though I’ve had no issues using them in the past. The quality of service has really declined compared to what it used to be. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
New Management and not great! I am not sure what happened to the lady who used to work at this location but she was wonderful. Customer services is terrible. They cannot understand you, then try to ask you a question as they are walking away from you and get mad when you cannot understand them. Not nearly as clean. Food has also gone downhill. Meat tasted old. Was excited that they had their seasonal soups. Usually in a crock of some sort. This time I asked for it, she grabbed a premade cup of soup and popped it in the microwave for 5 mins. The soup was terrible. Old watered down soup with questionable chunks. I used to frequent this location as I work down the street but I think I officially have to choose another location.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!, PAKISTANI OWNERS DO NOT PREPARE THE FOOD CORRECTLY AND IT MAKES YOU VERY SICK 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮!!! I used to work here and the way we used to prepare food is very different than how they do it. I doubt they change meat and veggies daily and the bread is made horribly most of the time.

What happened? Used to be great. I went in a stood at the counter for 5 minutes and nobody came to take my order. 2 employees were sitting together at a booth taking and one was sweeping. The longer I stood there the more I realized how unsanitary and dirty the place had gotten. The person sweeping the floor finally came to the counter to take my order, set the dustpan down and didn’t put on new gloves. Nope.
