the workers were very disrespectful. They are all under age and vape and smoke in the back of the store and it reeks of weed when you walk in I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in my sandwich. They all seem very chronically depressed. They need to be shut down immediately I got salmonella for my food. I was in the ER for two days.

If I can give zero stars I would. I called in to the store a lady I will assume is the owner Kristie or whatever her name is just hung up after I spoken because I couldn’t imagine a regular employee would do such thing! The reason I was calling was to help the store and she have no clue. But it definitely shows why this store never busy! Rude people always get what they deserve! Rude, you’re in customer service therefore hanging up on people will not get you far! I called back and she was too scared to even answer! Sad little girl!
This store is amazing. The employees are all friendly and so helpful. The store is always so clean and well kept. They don't take two of the coupons but that isn't the employees decisions that's up to the owner to decide. This is the best subway I've been to in Bloomington/normal

The food is what you'd expect. Service here is hit and miss. Sometimes, the employees are courteous and attentive. Other times, like today, they leave the drive thru customers waiting at the order screen for minutes at a time despite there being only one car in the parking lot. We gave up on the drive-thru and went inside to see only one customer. This, of course, happens everywhere, but this seems to be more of the rule here at this location more than the exception.

Couple kids behind the counter. They were polite and respectful, the food was up to Subway standards. The store, on the other hand needed to be swept and mopped.

Got a BLT to go. Kid working the front did best job making a sandwich I have seen in years. Perfect. Taste amazing too. Keep up the great work guys

Walked in, went to counter, was never even acknowledged. They just worked on some call in order im guessing. Didn't say hi, be right with you, Didn't say anything to us. Just looked at us and ignored us.

Cleanest store in town, has a very homey feel with all the decorations. All the employees are so friendly and welcoming always smiling and joking around. Best store in all of Bloomington normal.

Could use a more friendly staff. Gentleman at register is always so kind and polite. I can not say the same about others. As the face of subway when you walk in. You would think you be treated with a warm welcome instead of inconvenience

Have been going to this subway for a year now. They are always friendly and kind. Since I go there so often, they will have conversations with me. I feel so welcomed when I go there.

I feel they are so disrespectful , there is a kid who is a cashier counter and he was saying something I cannot understand what he is saying so I asked him again , but I couldn’t get him. So later one elder lady came and asked and responded. after that all three of them making fun infront of me. I feel it is full racist and rude. I am never going to visit this location subway they are so disrespectful to their customer.
Ordered a pickup order here. Unlike most Subways, there wasn't a rack with orders for pickup available. Instead, I had to wait in line in order to get my food which was stored behind the counter area
