I've gone through this drive-thru embarrassingly so many times in the last 2 weeks. The employees working the drive-thru are the nicest people. Great customer service. The food is typical good Taco Bell food. If you haven't been to Taco Bell and know what I'm talking about I would be shocked. It's good. Taco Bell is just good, almost always. And this location is serving good food with the correct proportions. Only one item as of late has been made in a weird way where all the sour cream was in one bite. But all of the other items I've been perfect specimens of Taco Bell deliciousness. High praise to the window workers and to the rest of the staff here.

I dont understand why they are open so early and DON'T serve breakfast. because they are the closest to me i cannot order breakfast from any other tacobell that serves it until 10. this place needs to be closed until 10 or they need to serve breakfast again.

Walked in, cashier has no customers. Started to give an order. She says She can't take it. It has to go through the kiosk. She said she can help with it. No. When I walk into a fast food place and cannot talk to a free person but a machine, I am done with that place

Couldn't order because semi can't go through drive though and they lie and say there open right next to truck stop.

Just under 8,000 people in the Bloomington area will hear about my abysmal experience at this location on Wednesday. It will be the centerpiece of my discussion on how NOT to care for your customer. Every single interaction at this facility screamed they do not want me there, they hate that I am there and just go away. You are the epitome of bad service and a perfect example of what our business does NOT want to be. If I could give it negative stars it wouldn't be close to enough.

The entire staff is super sweet and respectful and nice. They never get an order wrong!! amazing people. occasionally the drinks will taste like dirty rags but that’s it. Everything else is phenomenal.

Very busy at night for doordashing which is good but at the same time some of the workers are not very communicated or friendly
Parking: There’s definitely not alot of parking that’s for sure
They're only good from lunch to 6 pm after that no one cares, they've messed up my order 24 times in the past 6 months. I hate this Taco bell, and it's obvious management doesn't care outside 12 pm to 6 pm SCREW
