Went through drive through. Tried to pay with a $100.00 bill on a $50.00 order. They have no noticeable sign on the drive through and refused to accept my payment.

The service and atmosphere was horrible. Staff was more worried about closing the lobby instead of taking care of customers within the hours that are posted online and on the door

I went inside the store to get some tacos to take home. I was informed by the gentleman at the front that they couldn't ring me up. That I had to use a kiosk. I had cash. I didn't want to use a kiosk. He told me no they couldn't use the register. I asked to speak to a manager. He left, came back and again said no I had to use a kiosk. I again asked to see a manager. He again went into the back, I assume to speak to a manager. Meanwhile another employee who was working in the lobby came up, ask if I'd been helped, and when I said no; she proceeded to take my order. at the register. which had cash, was on and working. The employee who helped me is named Taylor. I know because I asked her name. I want to point her out as she exemplifies the type of employees Taco Bell should have. She provided me with good customer service. I am an older gentleman and as such adverse to new stuff. Like kiosks. I just wanted to make a purchase, not embark upon a technological learning experience. If you make it difficult for customers to use your service, they'll just go elsewhere. Which is what I was seconds from doing until Taylor helped me out. There is a Taco John's right down the road. They don't have kiosks. Also worth mentioning, at no point before my attempted order, during my ordering, or while my food was being prepared was there any management in sight. Even though I requested to speak with one twice. Maybe you should consider promoting Taylor. She certainly has my recommendation. I'm typing all this as I'm eating tacos, in case you're wondering when it happened. And my overall rating is of the store, not Taylor. She get's 5 stars for her service.

Instead of getting rid of workers at the registers where the customer can interact with a worker. Making us tap our way through a screen just to order food, yeah…. no. Wish this trend would go away. I want to come in, interact with the workers face to face (talking to a human) not a machine to order food. Of course it’s corporate causing these changes. Now I know what chain to avoid.

Best location in Bloomington and I’ve been to all three many times as I am a tbell connoisseur. I go out of my way to this location on the farthest side of town from me just because this one has the best people working, they never forget items, and it’s always done right.
Came here for lunch and waited over 10 minutes and a worker came out and said they were working on it now and we preceded to wait another 10 minutes and finally had to ask for our money back since I needed to get back to work. Positive they weren’t wrkn on it all. Will not ever come back. Thanks for the 3 free taco coupons ??
