Sat in the bar area and was waited on immediately. From the rolls to iced tea refills, the bartenders did a great job! The food was great as always. I would only ask that they consider making half size orders of some of their appetizers for single visitors to their restaurant.

I've had the absolute worst Texas Roadhouse visit at this location. My 26 dollar Ribeye was the worst cut of meat I've ever had at ANY Texas Roadhouse location. It was cold when my server Jaimie set it on the table. She never checked back with us and disappeared for half an hour. After the half hour, she was focused on settling our check than taking care of our table. I asked for a sweet tea refill 3 times and it never came. Eventually we paid our check on the Ziosk and left very disappointed.
The portions get smaller, the prices get higher and the quality is going downhill. Maybe every restaurant has these problems, but with the prices and standards Texas Roadhouse used to have, I expected better.

Second time here since we moved a few towns over & the staff is amazing and food is great as always.
Today specifically shout out to our waiter Sullivan! Super friendly, funny, flattering and to the point!

Too loud!! Love the restaurant and food but my Mom has alzeimers and she struggles being in the environment with the music this loud. Curious if you have considered hours for customer with needs for a quieter environment while enjoying your establishment?

Our family of 5 went to dinner tonight here and was great service until our food came out. Our daughter ordered the kids meal steak lil andys and wanted it med rare it came out very rare. Asked our server to take it and have it cooked more which he did. And let me say our actual waiter was great. The rest of us had our food and was finishing up and kept waiting and watching for our child’s steak to come back out and even asked our waiter to check on it and his reply was a manager has to bring it out. Finally, after about 20min her comes a so called manager named Rain with her food. First she went to the wrong table, then finally came to our table and just stood there didn’t say anything and tried to hand the steak to my husband. We then expressed how ridiculously long it took to cook a small kids steak from rare to med rare and she immediately got a attitude and was very rude in demeanor scanning the ticket and said actually it was 11 minutes. We told her that it literally doesn’t take 11 minutes to change that small of a steak and my child was sitting there with no food while the rest of us were already done. She basically shrugged her shoulders and didn’t want to listen to us and was very argumentative and rude. We told her her customer service and table side manner was very unprofessional and she went well okay and walked off. I asked our server if the general manager was ther and he said he wasn’t, but got me his card which I will be calling on Monday. My family comes here about twice a month and our bill everytime is around $150, but it will be a very long time until I visit this establishment again and will be spreading the word of how rude this manager Rain was.

They forgot to give us a side and brought the wrong salad. However, for how packed it was, service was fast and the food was tasted phenomenal! If you don't mind a crowded environment, this is the place to go.

My steak was charged, and potato was raw. My nephew had a half inch thick filet, rare which was to be at least an inch thick. The lady manager came back to table smiling the entire time, and handed me a raw potato to take home. She said she would personally check it herself....right! The music was way way too loud. Also the hostess/seater had an attitude because I could not hear her. I have very bad hearing. Our waitress very kind and attentive. The worse meal and experience I have ever had there. The week before the food was great. Hmm what's the matter here?? Play roulette and try it again?
Food was excellent as was the service. It was noisy in the restaurant though. The music too loud. We couldn't hear one another or the server over it. So in my opinion, the music should only be played near the bar. We were as far from it as possible but it was still too loud.
The tenderloin filet was awesome.
Updated, now that they've been open a while. Still tends to longer waits, but the service is generally pretty good. Food quality has improved quite a bit.
