My customer service experience was horrible for three reasons: 1. I ordered two “regular” egg rolls and they came with shrimp in them and my wife is allergic to shrimp. We had a very close call, but she spit it out in time. 2. I requested an extra white rice in the requested section of the online order and when I got home there was no extra white rice. They either ignored the request or did not read it. 3. They did not honor their 10% “online” order discount offer even though I ordered online. They said ,”we will apply the 10% discount on your next order.” There will not be another “next time” for me.

I cannot believe how downhill this place has gone... I spent $80 on 3 dishes, 1 order egg roll, 1 order of crab Rangoon's. Not only did the food ABSOLUTELY SUCK- (COLD, chewy beef, breading to chicken was falling off & soggy, rice was HARD and COLD)... they forgot my egg rolls, and my Rangoon's!!!! At this point you guys should just close your doors. What a poor excuse of Chinese food. Would give 0 starts if I could.

I ordered Orange chicken and General Tso and paid for delivery. $31. The Orange chicken was full of green peppers (which isn't in Orange chicken) and the General Tso had no sauce. I called to get a credit and OWNER asked if I took a picture. I said no it went out in the trash on Monday. He said you have no proof. I said I've been going to the Grand since I was 10 yrs old and it was on Front St. I'm 70 yrs old. It's nice to know a long standing customer gets treated so horrible. He continued to scream at me, so I told him I would have the bank cancel his payment. He continued to yell so I said "Have a nice day" and hung up. I would stay clear because they only want the money but don't care about the customer.

The Best Eggrolls in the USA. I travel for work and have tried eggrolls in all 50 states. No other eggrolls that have tried could match these. I know many people who have moved from the area (including other states) who fly back or have them shipped to them. A must try! While there try the PC Tray ... ask anyone, it's the go to.
Very good atmosphere, fun, great and hot delivery, everything is clean, The best customer service, I have ever had, fast and reliable service, it is worth what we spent and would recommend to everybody to come in and try!
So far they have the best shrimp fried rice around. The lumpia is good too.

Ordered lunch for our anniversary and got home with 2 less egg rolls than we paid for. Not a huge deal, but when you pay for something, you like to get it ?.
Service was great and atmosphere was very pleasant. Food was not impressive.however. Orange Chicken and Sweet & Sour Chicken was soggy and sauce was too sweet. Two people in our group of 6 had Vegetable Fried Rice and they said it tasted old. Egg rolls were below average from what we’ve had elsewhere.

I normally order take out, the food is always delicious, but we wanted a change in pace.
We went to the dining room. The dining room is beautiful! The decor is simple but flows very well.
The food was really good, except the wontons and banana egg roll desert - the wontons had very little filling and tasted as if they were fried in old oil. The desert tasted like liquor and was not edible. The sweet and sour chicken was great, the chunks of pineapple are a nice touch. The orange chicken in my favorite, tastes like a fresh orange and not fake. Their rice is always really good, I was not fond of the ham. Their egg rolls are the best and soooo hot while dining in.
My biggest negative was the service. The restaurant was practically empty and she came by dropped something walked away and after doing this 3 times stood at the front of the restaurant for a few minutes before wondering around. After we placed our order things went fast with food and then a delay again trying to pay.
There were a few fruit flies that kept flying around, that wasn’t pleasant.
The food is definitely worth it, but I would take it to go.

I did a delivery as My car is down so I can’t speak to service or atmosphere. However the food has really gone down hill. The soba steak was cold and not spicy. The rice was barely warm and the wrong rice. The PC plate for $15 was not as big as it used to be. Only 3 pieces of steak and one egg roll. The amount of spicy and red sauce was put into a thimble size cub that was barely worth using. I’m so disappointed as this was my favorite place growing up.
