I called earlier in the day to make sure this very thing would not happen. I was told you have to order online and pick a time for pick up. Not to worry everything will be all good. Not!!!

Worst place do not rely on an accurate order and then they blame you if you ate the food and cannot verify the amount you took home when they shorted you five wings. They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and then put you on hold time after time when trying to contact them about the issues. MISTAKE ORDERING FROM THEM.

Terrible customer service period. Received the wrong food back in January. Asked for a refund but manager refused. Still waiting for someone to get back to me. It’s been 6 weeks. They don’t answer their phone, left voicemails and no one has called back and called the 800 customer service line several times. They’ve escalated my ticket but no one locally has taken care of it. Extremely disappointed.

Whoever is working the counter Sunday, Nov 1 at 1:30 pm needs to be retrained. At a time when restaurants are barely making it, telling a customer to "take it up with corporate" and slinging their bag across the counter is really stupid. I hope the franchise owner reads this. I wouldn't want that woman representing me.

They have improved so much since I went there last. They looked understaffed, but the delivered some awesome wings and fries. I normally don't get fries because once you've had one French fry you've had them al, but that isn't true here. It's probably horribly unhealthy, but that's the nature of fried wings and fries. Great food, but I need a 30 mile walk as soon as I come out of this food coma.

I dont like to trash businesses. But wingstop in normal we found to be totally disrespectful over the weekend. We ordered 42 dlrs worth of food. And didnt get all of it. So when my husband called he asked if he could have a credit or refunded. The girl laughed and said our manager isnt here until Monday. Ok. That is understandable. But when we called monday. The manager said she would look into it then never called back. Mistakes happen. But when you arent even trying to make it right or heck even appologise. That isnt a good business customer service to me. Plus the food was cold because it was left sitting on the counter.

I work for a large company in Bloomington (I'm sure you'll never guess which one) and I had to place an order for over a thousand wings, and Wingstop really stepped up and delivered. First of all - they accommodated my incredibly specific order, and when they read it back to me, it was right! Second - they went out of their way to DELIVER A THOUSAND WINGS (Make that 1,360). Third - their food is really freakin' good. This ain't my first Wing-rodeo and I can honestly say I love their fry seasoning, the wings are good, they rotate flavors, and I love even more *NOT* having to explain to my 5 year old daughter why the nice lady is wearing blindingly shiny pantyhose and hugging daddy. Please, try wingstop. They make wings and they make 'em good.

Is anybody at Wingstop paying attention to the Yelp reviews in Bloomington IL and Springfield, IL? Maybe they should be. TV commercials make me want to go, but reviews keep me from trying. So sad.

Delivery is the only way you can be sure your order is right! They'll deliver wings but not sauce! On two separate occasions, they've delivered with no sauce. The second time I called and they said "you can come to the store and get the sauce" well then why did I pay for delivery? It might seem petty but what are wings without sauce?? Unprofessional
