Had the pulled pork, it was great! Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Friendly, attentive staff.
Umm...this place needs to end, like now. Quite possibly the worst experience in my entire life.
Well, I have to Logan ran out of prime rib. I went there to get some. Or I can even sit down people as tell me the prime rib. Was so tough They talk to cow. Died of old age
Awful experience. Can't even review the food because we never got any. Came in 10 minutes before our reservation on Valentine's day and waited nearly 30 minutes for not one person to wait on us. Every other table in our section was being helped as we sat there. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE. Especially when you wanted a good start to your Valentine's night. I would give 0 starts if I could.
Worst dining experience we have ever had at ANY restaurant. Everyone is unprofessional and SLOW. Out of 4 different tries and different drinks at that, the bartender could not make a palatable drink except the bottle of beer I settle on. Waitress blames the rest of the staff which no matter the situation she should just apologize and not run down the rest of the staff . Food was burnt and bland (maybe just because it was burnt but who knows at this point). Bill was outrageous because they charged us for all of the drinks that only a frat guy could drink. Oh ya and they brought us our salads after we were done eating even though we told them to just forget about them and they charged us for them. Management said they ordered them then they pay for them. The money part is whatever but just a joke of a restaurant all around.
5 star food but 0 star service. If they step up the service it would be a great place to dine.
Dark with nobody else dining! After we were served I can see why. Never again! This place will be closed in a matter of months!
Good food (nothing to rave about) - stood waiting to be seated for 11 minutes (we were the only people in line) and there were only about a dozen people in the place.
Only had a drink but the Strawberry martini was great.
Poor service no salad with a prime rib dinner.give us brownie serve rolls cold instead of the long Itanian breadt thengave uscold butter20. Min. Laterthe mash potatoes loaded was nasty

Worst New Years Eve ever.... Reservations made at 6:30 and seated shortly after. 22 minutes to get water, another 15 to get drinks. Food arrived with wrong sides and cold at 8:50 after our order was “lost”. Steaks were wrong and prime rib was well done instead of med rare. Of course, by 8:50 they were out of our baked potatoes. One waiter walked by with two bottles of steak sauce and I asked for one. He told me he would call my waitress for one!?!?! It ruined our evening and any plans we had due to the poor service. So very disappointed!!
Don't make it here often (1hr away) but Always worth the drive. Ribs delicious, service great! And quite atmosphere (ate early today) ?
Had the Alfredo and a Cesar salad via DoorDash. Very subpar. The pasta was plain with barley any sauce that seemed to be canned, not fresh Alfredo sauce, and the salad was so drenched in dressing that i threw it away.
Working in the area and came by Tony Roma’s to have a beer and get something to eat and had the Roma’s sampler was not impressed with the boneless wings, you could tell that they were frozen boneless wings (nasty) spinach and artichoke dip was good and the onion blossom was good but way too much onion ( could’ve used a little more batter). Might be back.
Thanksgiving buffet was amazing, tons of choices. Service was great thanks to Rachel. Highly recommend Tony Roma’s.
