I order mushroom baconator to go, after i open it there is no mushrooms in my burger!!!!! I can’t just drive back and return it, im truck driver!!!waist of money and time!!! This place is very bad

I was an employee at this Wendy’s*I loved serving the customers*but the co workers wasn’t professional enough for me I had to leave*they never washed their hands*when I brought it to the Gm attention she didn’t enforce it at all*I can go on and on about this store but all I have to say is eat at your own risk 🙏-5star

That white dude that makes frys needs to be fired he has an attitude and i asked him to make my fries fresh and them he gives me fries that are stale taste old my pets won’t even eat it i was gonna say sum but i left before i said anything if imma pay to eat somewhere i should get what i paid for imma have to speak to a lawyer thats not cool

The service has gone down hill since the renovation. Young girls spending more time talking then taking orders or preparing food. Would not recommend if on lunch.

The potatoes were ok.
The plain biscuit was so drenched in the honey butter sauce I threw it away.
I ordered moblie. I did put check by the honey butter offered I did expect it would come in a packet so I could add what I wanted. I learned a lesson.

Most of the time they’ll just randomly put a cone in their drive thru to close it, but still allow orders to come through on the app, so then you have to go inside. They’re out of items ALOT. Other restaurants are able to alert you on their app if they are out of something, but not Wendy’s. Then when you get to Wendy’s & they tell you they’re out of an item, you can’t request a refund from them if you ordered on the app. The customer service person on the app will tell you they’ll have the manager contact you (but they likely never will until you inevitably contact them yourself). Seems like a lot of back & forth. Also a lot of the employees act like they just hate their job & not friendly at all.

Business supposed to be open at 6 AM and the drive-thru is closed??? Had to walk inside and the door was locked. Had to walk through the pilot. Security guard taking selfies behind the counter. No one acknowledges me. Woman working the counter doesn't have a uniform on and playing on her phone. Don't come here.
It's truly messed up how much you spend at one certain place and you arrive wanting something to eat but you're short and the cashier has no empathy , no compassion, nobody understands what a person is going thru especially being homeless.
