NASTY!!! The Cook making food no gloves on! You can tell NOTHING is made fresh! I placed an order for a gyro, there was no gyro meat on the rotisserie so no idea where they was going to get that from. My mind wouldn’t let me find out. So I got a refund and left. The place you can tell has not been cleaned in FOREVER!!! I will not be returning. Only reason they got 2 stars was because I got my refund back with no problem.

Be prepared for your food to show up whenever the they feel like it should show up. Supposedly, they only have a single driver for multiple locations. Absolutely bananas, I really can’t wait for my food to show up soggy and hardly warm. This is an ongoing issue with the establishment and I don’t think it will ever change.

Edit: it is now over an hour and a half after I have ordered and I finally get my food. No knock or anything, I would not have noticed it out there if I did not see the guy walking away from my door. Just hanging on my door knob.

The dawg was spot on and the service was fast. It was dirty in there and they have gambling machines that drew a certain flavor of human being in that isn’t conducive to making it a pleasant dining experience. I took my food and ate in my car.

Flip was amazing!!!! She has the best customer service known to man. I LOVE HER!!! WAY better than the one in uptown. Come to this location for the best service in town! Flip needs a raise!!!

I ordered loaded fries and a Maxwell street polish. That was an embarrassment to my city of Chicago. The polish tasted like a foreign object, loaded fries mean a few fries and sour cream you may find some bacon and French fries if you look hard enough. I threw the polish away and then seasoned and added cheese and bacon to my fries. A waste of time and money.
