Placed order 5 hours ahead of time carry out. Showed up and was told a few minutes for my food - 45 minutes later my food was done. The lobby was an absolute mess - 30 people waiting on orders. Large fries were also missing from my order. Not worth the hype, spare yourself and order from Dr McKays or Mugsys

I order 30 dollars worth of food and it was not worth more than 10 piece nuggets meal from McDonald’s. I didn’t get my large fries and it was beyond greasy and that wouldn’t bother me if they would’ve given me some napkins. To put it politely the only thing this place got right was my drink order that my boyfriend filled up himself. I called to let them know and they refuse to give me a refund for my fries so I would not eat here if I was you. God I am so mad

I called 2 days ago and placed what I thought was a delivery order. Once I paid and got my confirmation, I immediately noticed it was set for carryout and not delivery. Rght away I called to cancel because I was working a 12 hr shift and was unable to pick it up. So when I explained this to the guy, he assured me that the order would be canceled. I asked him 3 times. Well the next day the charge was still pending. OK normal. But the next day, the charge had gon thru. So I called back and asked what happen. The same guy that I talked to initially answered again and I inquired about the refund. He basically gave me the run around about telling his boss and the boss said he was going to take care of it blah, blah, blah. So I asked to speak to the boss and he claimed he wasn't there. So im going to try back again today... Will update if need be

The food is mediocre...fries were super soggy and the wings seemed like they could have been left in the fryer for a little bit longer.

Place is really small and tables were dirty. Somewhat pricey.

The service was good though. Super friendly guy joking around with customers.

The chicken was bangin but this is the second time where I ask for seasoning on my fries and it’s just nothing. More plain than a Mormon family like damn. It’s just some Lemon pepper on some fries it ain’t finna hurt

Both times I’ve gotten takeout the fries are always cold, they premake them in large batches and then they sit out until your wings are done. Manager at the place is very sweet but the fries and the lackluster flavor of the dry rub is something to consider

I put order in at 5:27. I ask about how long it will be? Lady says 5 minutes. 45 minutes later after asking twice, my food came out. When I order just tell me it’s going to be 30-45 minutes, not 5.

Wow… rough experience at this Wing Stop. The wings were way too salty—like, Dead Sea levels of salt. Our order was wrong, and to top it off, there were no napkins or even a fork in the bag. Definitely not impressed.

I placed an order online and I realize that it was not for delivery so I automatically called to cancel the order. They let me know that they were busy and to give a call back in an hour so I did but then they told me that they needed to speak with the manager and to please wait on the line after 20 minutes of waiting on the line they no one got back to me. They did not let me know anything I kept on calling and calling hey and no one Answered. They just left the phone on the counter and they went on with their day never going back people should get fired
