After many years in the Doodle, tonight was the last time my friends and I will be going here. Unless Robin is let go! What a shame. Been there every New yrs eve, almost every weekend and then have the worse experience ever.
If you want to step back in time to the 1970s, you can do it here. The wood-paneled walls, Naugahyde swivel barrel chairs, and Formica tables provide a comfortable place to settle in for some affordably-priced beer and cocktails along with some awesome, eclectic tunes on the jukebox. You'll hear a steady stream of music from ABBA to R & B and even some of today's more popular stuff. No one seems to ever put money in but the music plays on and on and I usually love everything.
