I came in to buy two freshly packed pints of ice cream. I asked for both pints to be butter pecan. When I got home I put one in the freezer and left one out to eat. I opened the lid and it was not butter pecan it was black walnut. I checked the other one and it was black walnut as well. I called to let them know about their mistake and of course no answer. Needless to say I am pissed. I was ready to study and eat ice cream but, I guess Baskin Robbins saw different.

I recently started working here in blue island and I’ve always had Dunkin’ but to find one with baskin robbins! ✨ Ice cream and coffee? I’m now addicted to these caramel cappuccino blast they get it right every time ? ? thank you guys and let me tell you this parking lot was full!!!!! More than 15 customers and they handle them quickly you are out of there pronto with quality service ! All in all I will be coming here often thank you ?

My wife and U decided to go here after, we came from the cheesecake factory. We were already full, so we shared a banana split. It was good, but we should have gotten caramel instead of the hot fudge.
