Ordered a pizza from here through the app, didn't get the pizza and said the delivery was completed, no food whatsoever and the driver didn't answer the phone terrible

There is a manager by the name of TEA she made sure my order was completely correct. Also, went above and beyond finding me a coupon. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time! I will be back just because of her. Thanks Tea.
I ordered delivery at 7:14 I received a message that my order was delivered at 10:15, but it never showed. I called three times and was on hold 20 mins with no answer. I drove to the restaurant the cashier/manager told me it usually takes 5 hrs not just three. Never apologized about the inconvenience, offered no explanation. By the way we kept the phone on hold to show we tried to call and the phone wasn’t even ringing in the restaurant!

I placed an order on 8/23/24 online went to pick up. When I got home instead of the chicken wings that I ordered I received bread bites. I am currently on hold when the person answered I gave my order number and told him I have wrong item. He told me to hold on and it’s almost an hour and he hasn’t come back. All I want is my refund. I called on another line they are not answering phones. I just want my refund!

I come 3-4 times a month. No problems here cause I get my pizza fast and great deals with coupons.
Ordered five pizzas and bread bites, one pizza was the wrong size (smaller). Called to let them know of the error and was put on hold for over 25 minutes so I hung up. Don't usually have a problem with this place, but mistakes happen. Hope it's right next time.

Bad for business, they ate a slice of my pizza, extremely late deliveries to no delivery at all.. If it were a no star button I would gladly press it, they wouldn't get a percentage of a star from me.. THEY SUCK!!!

This is the worst Domino’s I placed an order using the app after waiting for 35 40 minutes. I received the email this day that my order could not be completed. I called the store and they’re saying that someone in my house called and canceled the order and that is in accurate. I live alone and no one has access to my cell phone. Do not place any orders for this location they have employees that sound illiterate. I will be calling corporate
