I had gotten food delivered, but the driver delivered to the wrong address, called the store and after 10+ minutes they answered the phone, they offered no compensation for the missing food either. The only thing offered was the food to be remade. I’ve already waited for over an hour for the food just for them to deliver it to the wrong address. The lady on the phone said it’s human error but it’s an error that shouldn’t happen in the first place.

I ordered delivery at 7:14 I received a message that my order was delivered at 10:15, but it never showed. I called three times and was on hold 20 mins with no answer. I drove to the restaurant the cashier/manager told me it usually takes 5 hrs not just three. Never apologized about the inconvenience, offered no explanation. By the way we kept the phone on hold to show we tried to call and the phone wasn’t even ringing in the restaurant!

I placed an order on 8/23/24 online went to pick up. When I got home instead of the chicken wings that I ordered I received bread bites. I am currently on hold when the person answered I gave my order number and told him I have wrong item. He told me to hold on and it’s almost an hour and he hasn’t come back. All I want is my refund. I called on another line they are not answering phones. I just want my refund!
