If you're thinking about it just do it. Everything was seamless from beginning to end. I'm ridiculously busy, so being able to have all my questions answered and book via email while working and planning a party was a huge relief for me. Vinny was our driver/server and perfect for our party, seems like he enjoys his job; he was super chill and patient, on time (actually a little early). Windy City is great to have at any party or event. The kids and adults love choosing their ice cream and returning for more! Elaine in the office is great to work with. I highly recommend Windy City!
