I filled out the online form at Windy City Ice Cream, requesting a quote. Elena got back to me almost immediately and together we set up a time the next day to come out and surprise our employees. Communication was great the whole day and Aaron showed up with his truck on time. He was both courteous and professional. With traditional ice cream truck music playing, our employees were able to make their selections and the overall reaction from our employees was quite positive. What a fun experience! I would highly recommend Windy City Ice Cream for your next event!

If you're thinking about it just do it. Everything was seamless from beginning to end. I'm ridiculously busy, so being able to have all my questions answered and book via email while working and planning a party was a huge relief for me. Vinny was our driver/server and perfect for our party, seems like he enjoys his job; he was super chill and patient, on time (actually a little early). This was a lot of the kids first time seeing an ice cream truck and they're still talking about it weeks later. I plan on using them again in the future.

I had Windy City come out for my wedding on Sunday June 25th! It was the highlight of the night! The driver/server, Vinny, was such a nice guy. They had a large variety of ice creams in stock which I was so happy about! The kids at my wedding had a blast with the spiderman, spongebob, and sonic. I highly recommend this company for a unique dessert idea for your wedding or any event! The customer service was beyond! Elena always responded to my emails promptly. A friend of mine runs a charity called project fire buddies. He basically does really awesome stuff for kids with serious medical conditions through the local fire departments around Chicagoland. I was able to help him bring professional wrestlers from All Elite Wrestling to the firehouse for all the kids in his program, and the kids got to meet the wrestlers and play with them. I called Windy City Ice Cream last minute to rent an ice cream truck for the kids. When I told the owners what it was for… they refused to let me pay. They sent over a truck FOR FREE and picked up the tab for 50 pieces of ice cream. Very professional, very clean, ice cream was awesome, and all the kids at the event loved it. I’ll be making sure to use them in the future!
