I heard about this little gem from a friend’s colleague. The carnitas here beat any place in Pilsen hands down. My family has enjoyed them so much that we’ve gone twice and picked up 7lbs so far. Let me tell ya about the bright red salsa…when it comes to sprinkling this lava hotness, less is perfect. Great balance of heat and flavor. Carnitas are freshband delicious the owner is a nice person the service is good the sauces wre good he has a oranfmge looking one thatvis fire made ofvchile de arbol with peaunuts is spicy.

Unfortunately I didn’t get any pics of my order as I took my food to go . This place is awesome !! I loved everything I got ! Definitely surprised to have gotten these great of carnitas while in the burbs usually you have to go to the city for the good ones but this place is great ! I got Carnitas tacos and pastor tacos with onions and cilantro and a side of rice allll amazing flavor and madePerfectly. I loved all 3 of the homemade sauces that came with it .
