It hurts me to say this but Iverson's isn't the same. The chocolate cake donuts (they're prize possession) use to be made fresh, now, they taste like they've been sitting out for about two days. Man...please get it together Iverson's. Love the new place however!

Tried ordering a cake for my mom's birthday and pick up on Tuesday. Employee told me they needed 72 hr notice, however 48 hr notice is standard. She tried to contact the manager Erin who told her to let me know they can't accommodate me. I've been coming here for years. Service used to be really good. Guess I'll start looking for another bakery.

If I could gave this place a half a star I would. It has definitely went down hill since the new owners not only that donuts don’t taste the same very disappointed. The older lady with the gray hair that’s on the morning shift is very mean and unpleasant. I will not return. The 2 Hispanic ladies who previously ran the other location are truly missed. 😑

Been coming here long before the remodel, it's a very nice atmosphere. Donuts have always been fresh, and delicious. I got a pistachio soft serve ice cream, it was fantastic. Still have a lot of things to try there. But their cake donuts don't get any better than that.

The remodel is beautiful. Pastries are wonderful. However, I grew up going to this bakery my whole life and the smiley face cookie was a highlight of my entire family. I was told they were not going to change the recipe and it has changed so many times and it’s not good at all. It used to be delicious and now it’s bland and so much frosting whereas it used to be somewhat of a hardshell frosting over the entire cookie. Disappointing. I also did not care for the soft serve ice cream. I’ve attached a picture of the old cookies here, RIP. Also, the staff was not friendly.
First time here and so glad I gave this place a try. One of the most delicious bagels I have ever had. Prompt service even though they were very busy. Very cute decor inside. I will definitely pay another visit and try one of their coffees. I’m not really into desserts so I can’t rate their desserts but you can if you pay them a visit .

This was a completely random visit. I was in the area, picking up a couple of things and decided to swing by and see the new changes. It's a very comfortable and inviting space, to say the least. I was greeted by one of the workers outside, before I even walked through the door. The carrot cake is among the best that I've ever had and the employees are really sweet and pleasant to interact with.

Went to check out the grand opening and it left alot to desire. Given I went at a later hour so a lot was already sold out but what I did get was disappointing :( Their butter cookies unfortunately do not taste the same. It seems like they added some type of zest to it or different food coloring? Either way, I bought some for myself and my family and it was just not it.
The eclairs were okay and the carrot cake was dry. Again, I went later in the day so maybe it sat out for too long. We also tried the popcorn which looked promising but it was stale when we tried it. The samples as well were also stale, maybe try to change them out through the day? Regardless, the location itself is beautiful and has potential but definitely felt disappointed with my visit.
People come here for the OG flavors, I understand wanting to change and evolve but just make sure the quality and taste are up to par if you do.
