The mcdonald's at a hundred nineteenth in western the last time I was there.The service was terrible.They were giving the wrong orders out.I was in the drive through.They gave me the wrong order.I had to go in and still had to wait twenty minutes. But the people were nice. I don't eat it, but my grandkids love it.So this is where I end up

This location is extremely unprofessional and they always seem to get my order wrong. It’s so often that I had to make a review and I am not typically a person to take things this far but it’s truly out of hand please do better paying customers deserve quality service!

A month ago I purchased two mcchicken sandwiches. They was extremely hot&spicy, and made me sick. I can't eat spicy foods. I didn't asked for spicy mcchickens. I will not visit this McDonald's anymore.
Closed today ordered online and they let me but I went to to pick it up and they were closed even on google maps it says they’re open and on the application.

Black lady in the morning with glasses, waiting on a DoorDash order early this morning for this lady to have the audacity to tell this Mexican elderly couple to “ learn how to speak English” because they ordered something incorrectly because of a language barrier. Half the store is Mexican at the time I was there. That is so sad someone with a job like this has to have an attitude like that.
