A month ago I purchased two mcchicken sandwiches. They was extremely hot&spicy, and made me sick. I can't eat spicy foods. I didn't asked for spicy mcchickens. I will not visit this McDonald's anymore.

Black lady in the morning with glasses, waiting on a DoorDash order early this morning for this lady to have the audacity to tell this Mexican elderly couple to “ learn how to speak English” because they ordered something incorrectly because of a language barrier. Half the store is Mexican at the time I was there. That is so sad someone with a job like this has to have an attitude like that.

We ordered a Steak, Egg, and Cheese bagel (it was very good (hence the rating of more than one star) and a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit without the egg and cheese. The biscuit had two small, overcooked pieces of bacon. Total cost was just over $14. Ridiculous!

Food was ready within minutes and the staff is friendly. Nuggets were perfectly crisp, but the cheese on the burger wasn't given a chance to melt. Place was a mess though. The order terminals for whatever reason have cashless payments disabled so you have to pay at the register anyway. Looked like it just got hit by a hurricane. All kinds of drinks on spilled on the soda coúnter, chairs moved around, etc. Someone came out and tried to wipe down the soda counter at least. The bathroom smelled like a homeless person's insides. It was extremely rancid. What a foul stench. Judging by the pool of dirty water I estimate that a homeless person bathed in the sink, but it smelled like they were still hiding in there somewhere (probably in the stall since the door was closed.) One of the cons of being on this side of town I guess. Definitely need a better ventilation system and maybe an automatic air freshener because that was beyond horrendous.
