The mcdonald's at a hundred nineteenth in western the last time I was there.The service was terrible.They were giving the wrong orders out.I was in the drive through.They gave me the wrong order.I had to go in and still had to wait twenty minutes. But the people were nice. I don't eat it, but my grandkids love it.So this is where I end up

Food was ready within minutes and the staff is friendly. Nuggets were perfectly crisp, but the cheese on the burger wasn't given a chance to melt. Place was a mess though. The order terminals for whatever reason have cashless payments disabled so you have to pay at the register anyway. Looked like it just got hit by a hurricane. All kinds of drinks on spilled on the soda coúnter, chairs moved around, etc. Someone came out and tried to wipe down the soda counter at least....

2-23-25, I'm confused as to why there are no black individuals working on that morning shift. There are all Hispanic women, and majority of the time there is confusion about the order, even when I give a code. I'm DONE, with blue island mcdonald!!!!!!
