Woman so rude answering phone called me names asked for manager she said manager not here I said so who is managing the store she said no one! What kind of place has ghetto,rude, and sooo unprofessional working there to be hanging up on me instead of resolving the situation. I need to talk to the owner or if they have a manager because I've ordered here before but this situation makes blue island look bad I don't need no one talking to me in an animosity manner because I want to order food for my kids!!

I had a thanksgiving nightmare and sharks saved the day. I feel bad these people are working but I’m so happy they were able to be my plan b. The cashier was so sweet and nice and even said “do u need it now or a certain time” before I could even ask. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!

I was originally craving me some Harold's Chicken. But I wasn't in the area of certain Harold's location. I don't go to every Harold's. The same for Shark's, some locations are better than others. I hadn't been to a Shark's in awhile. So, I decided on this location as a second choice, very first visit. I thought that the 4.2 rating was pretty good.I also know from experience your second choice option can disappoint you because you want what you want when you want it. But I'll get Harold's another day. I wasn't sure if they took phone orders. I just decided to go in. I paid about $18 for the 10 wing dinner and 1 hot pepper. I saw the guy drop in the wings when she said 10 wings. She said they do take phone orders. I'll note that next time. Bottom line is I wasn't disappointed. It was fresh, probably cooked a tad bit too hard, though. The wings are small, which is fine but for the price, throw in a couple of extra wings. I like them small. And I'd rather the wings be fried a little too hard then be a little undercooked. The same for the fries, just a little too crispy, no complaints about the cold slaw. So, overall I enjoyed the second choice option. Take the chicken out the grease a couple of minutes sooner next time. 3.75 out of 5 stars.

Food was dry and chicken was cooked in old grease. Catfish nuggets was good tho, and pizza puff w/fries was ok. They yax to much for mild sause that's not even real mild sause.

All I ordered was hush puppies. The last time I ordered hush puppies, they were the same way. Hard and very under flavored. I couldn’t taste anything past the burn-ness and crunchiness of them. They were hard as a rock. My kids didn’t even like it. I even told them last time if they can not make them so hard n crunchy n still did. Their oil couldn’t be fresh either. They were so dark.
