The drinks taste very good, it's a shame that the staff is not trained... they are very unpunctual when it comes to opening and they take a long time

Came here after seeing all the positive reviews and was genuinely shocked at how unenthusiastic the guy at the register was. I understand we came in 30 mins before closing but he treated us like we were a burden. I asked him very nicely if they have a signature drink/item on their menu and he proceeded to tell me that certain items would be “convenient for him to make”. My wife asked him if he could make churros and he responded with a long-winded answer as to why we shouldn’t order that (he has to take things out of the fridge, etc.). I understand that he may have been wrapping things up for the night but this was far from decent customer service. Should have just walked out after that but to give him the benefit of the doubt, I ordered a blended boba which was much below standards from most other boba spots. He didn’t even serve it in the proper cup that was displayed. Not sure if this was a staff member or owner trying to close for the night but I suggest a different approach next time you’re in this situation. Would have come back to give the other items on the menu a shot, but not after this…
Other menu items looked good but didn’t try. Lighting inside is not very welcoming. Would suggest using a warmer tone and maybe some LEDs. I’ll give this place 2 stars instead of 1 since I don’t want to base it all off of one experience.

Very cute little boba shop. The shop keeper is a very sweet and kind lady. The Dubai chocolate bars are so good, along with the little bites with mix amd match flavors on the drinks and all the snacks. Funn little date night spot to grab a sweet treat

Got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. There was only one worker, and wasn’t greeted by them but instead rushed to order although I was the only customer there and they were on their phone. The drink was a bit pricey for a small, and was alright in taste. A solid 3
