Their food is amazing. Our 12 yr old is extremely picky and loves their ribs. Their food has lots of flavor. Their pricing is awesome too.
I went to the Bolingbrook taste..the smell alone made me walk to the booth. Booth was busy as you can see..I tried the links..very delicious.

Uncle Booker's Bar-B-Kew offers great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. The barbecue is amazing, fresh, and hot, with meat and sauce that will have customers asking for more. The owner is an absolute genuine guy running the place with his son, offering warm hellos and big smiles. Prices are reasonable, with humongous portions—a $20 container of rib tips feels stuffed, and a $23 meal with a good amount of fries and a piece of bread leaves a 285 pound blue collar working man stuffed. The sauce is phenomenal, especially the spicy option. This place is in the middle of the parking lot and may not always be in the same spot, but it is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The menu is not accurate at the moment because they are just starting out. One of the best places in the area, if not the best.
