“This is the second time we hire chef by request services . The most recent was yesterday , for our daughter first communion. They were punctual , I love the presentation , the food was outstanding . Everyone was talking about how great everything was . The pastries were so good , and everything was looking great. They packed everything so perfect that are not accidents at all. I will continue to use them for future events .“

“Many different restaurants have occupied this building over the years, this is one that should be here for a long time, First and most important is the food is very good. Nice menu of Mexican food plus hamburgers and hot dogs are also on the menu. Beverages are mostly bottles and canned drinks, coffee and juice drinks are also available. Very small dinning room 16 seats 2 tables and some counter seats. Small but adequate parking. Street parking is allowed on 13th street on side opposite the building. There is no drive through window My visit was on a Friday evening. They were busy service was a little slower but not bad wait. Little out of the way of major streets but worth it“
“Pam catered a tea party baby shower for us for 35 guests. The food was delivered on time and it was absolutely delicious. Every guest raved about everything -- tea sandwiches, scones, pastries. We highly recommend doing a tea party bridal or baby shower and letting Pinecone Cottage cater it.“
“HALAL CERTIFIED I’m so happy I could find a taco place with no pork and food taste amazing and it’s really clean. I don’t eat out to often due to cross contamination with different meats but since they only sell beef and chicken products I can trust their food without thinking if I ate pork. I’m happy Lockport got a gem like this in my town for anyone can’t trust restaurants because of the cleanliness and quality of their food than this is the place“

“I have to say, I am beyond impressed and satisfied. I just had my sister's bridal shower at Elements this weekend. From the beginning of the inquiry/booking process it couldn't have gone smoother. Brianna is fantastic to work with and is very responsive and helpful. We used the river room for our shower of 40 people. The room itself is gorgeous. The carpets are black with beautiful large grey flowers and there are wood toned beams throughout the space with floor to ceiling windows on the one side with views of the Riverwalk. I chose two hot appetizers and a charcuteri board and a plated meal. The bacon wrapped dates and pork belly lollipops were succulent and delicious. The cheese was fresh and the dried figs were such a sweet touch. The cesar salad was so good with the best croutons ever. The meal was chicken picatta, glazed carrots and roasted potatoes and every person pretty much cleaned their plate with how delicious it all was. The show stopper was the creme brulee with fruit topping... It was INCREDIBLE with bits of vanilla bean. It was the star! The service was fantastic and we only had compliments regarding everyone's experience. My decor worked perfect in the space and I loved that I got a floor plan print out so I could envision where it would all be. I work in the wedding industry and will definitely recommend this beautiful venue.“

“This food was fantastic. I ordered the Deluxe PartyPack for 17 people. Lots of food , plenty of leftovers.The eggplant parmesan I also ordered was the favorite. Definitely the best I have ever had. “All I have to say is WOW!! The food was SO DELICIOUS! We orders a chicken strip/fries basket, meatball sub on garlic bread w/Mozzarella cheese, meatball sub w/ Mozzarella cheese, hot peppers, green peppers, tomatoes, and lettuce, Jalepino poppers, and fries mushrooms.Everything is cook to order. They have Pepsi products, iced tea, pink lemonade, shakes, malts, sundaes, and ice cream cones.The workers were kind and patient with us as we asked questions on their extensive menu. (All great choices! It was so hard to decide which items to try!)The parking lot is smaller, but an RV can pull in, park, and pull out as there are 2 enterences/exits.“

“I love this little shop, always has the items we need that we run out of last minute.Last summer we were wanting to do smores. We had no vehicle available at that time so we road our bikes and lo and behold they had marshmallows and they were better than the regular marshmallows they were vanilla and strawberry combination marshmallows. We used whatever chocolate candy was left over from that previous halloween and made the best smores available to human kind.“

Yes, that's right, they cook and prepare the food themselves instead of outsourcing and marking up. They have prepared side dishes, dessert platters, full course meals, and boxed lunches all to my satisfaction. Also, during the hot summer months when I don't want the hassle of managing food at outdoor events, their food truck is an excellent option!
