“Worth the wait and must try! Beautiful and unique venue in the unassuming town of Des Plaines. Our server was kind and welcoming, food was delicious, drinks were fun and tasty. The only two items that were less than ideal, the horrible acoustics (incredibly loud) and although it was too on my list to try, the chicken shawarma rolls were underwhelming. Even with those two items, the great service and food quality it's still worth the 5 star review. We sat upstairs, which very much appreciated, being out of the hustle and bustle of the downstairs. We have not gone a day since our wedding without someone telling us how incredible the food was! The entrees were served hot, timely and tasted even better than we had remembered it. “This place is amazing! Their customer service is top notch, they do what they say they will, and the value for the cost is best around. We regularly cater lunch for corporate meetings. We've tried Panera, PotBelly, etc. No one compares. Panera sandwiches have two pieces of meat on them and soggy letuce. PotBelly is good, but limited selection for those with dietary restrictions. Jimmy Johns may be fast but questionable quality at best. Give Tasty a try, you won't regret it!“

I had an excellent shrimp and crab cake po boy (pictured) and my companion had the whitefish dinner. The place had a steady stream of locals—this deli is clearly a local lunch hot spot. And for good reason—good food and good value. Not much seating inside, but a decent-sized patio out back which will be great in warm weather.“

“We were in the area and remembered that Two Chefs was down the street. We have emotional ties to this restaurant because they catered our wedding in 2011 and we were very impressed with their food. The waitress greeted us at the door and was very professional, polite, and well dressed. My husband ordered the chicken pot pie, it was very flavorful. The chicken was very tender and the crust was flaky like you would expect. I ordered the 1/2 chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli it was so delicious and brought back memories. We didn't dine in because we were trying to prepare for an event but I'm kind of glad we didn't. It's small and dark inside, and I felt like the tables were too close together. But they made up for it all with an AMAZING breakfast. I got the gyro skillet. Absolutely delicious!! The picture does it absolutely no justice.. I never thought of gyro as a breakfast item and now I know I need it often. There were huge portions of meat and amazing tzatziki sauce and nobody will ever call them stingy with the cheese because for every bite I got delicious feta cheese chunks mixed in. It was amazing. The pancakes were basic, there was nothing wrong with them but I'm not going to reminisce on them. But that gyro skillet!!! I can't wait to get it again“
