Dozzy's Grill Reviews
It’s about time Chicago gets solid West African cuisine. Dozzy didn’t disappoint. Had the Designer Jollof Rice Bowl and it was delicious. I combined it with a couple orders of the shrimp suya sticks which put it over the top. Now, I loved the jollof, but that’s to be expected. What wasn’t expected was the shrimp. I can honestly say it was some of the best I’ve ever had. The herbs were perfect and it was grilled just the way I like it.

I had the pleasure of experiencing this food at the Daisy event this past summer and the food was immaculate! I was going through some photos and decided I had to follow the IG page and see how can I order from again! 10/10 would highly recommend and praying that this year there will be a location I can go to or order on DoorDash/ubereats!!
Dozzy the owner of Dozzy's catered our meal which we had at the location. Dozzy explained the history of Dozzy's and the need to have West African cuisine available to the masses.
Dozzy explained each course we had. The food was fresh and flavorful with the option to make it very spicy. If you have an event coming up, definitely have Dozzy cater your event.
