Yes, I was in Joe willies think it was maybe Thursday and the customer service was really rude and so I spoke to the manager about it and he basically sided with his employee you know and so I went back the next day the same employee with the same rule attitude I asked for extra sauce and she threw the sauce up in the window in the turn staff with me to take it I am looking for some type of media outlet to file a complaint against the manager and the employee at Sacramento location...read full review
Joe Willies is a secret gem! The Big Boy Bird chicken wings are the best in the city. I have been to all the popular chicken places and I'm telling you it's the best. The fries are not may favorite, but a lot of people like them. Next, that Turkey Neck Bag is my new favorite. I was surprised, the necks are meaty and seasoned to perfection. The food is amazing, I get the shrimp and lobster combo on Tuesdays for the deal of the day. It is under 20$ on special Tuesday.. the only thing is the speed of service and how slow it takes to get the food out.
