True Cuisine catered our wedding at The Brix on the Fox - Industria last weekend (March 2024), and we could not be more happy with our experience. Their staff was very detailed and attentive leading up to the wedding, and quick to respond to communications. True Cuisine was the best caterer for our wedding at the BRIX! They have so many food options to build your perfect meal and also give you so many options for how you want food served. Our guests kept telling us all night how delicious the food was! We went with the buffet and they laid all the food out so beautifully.
