THIS. IS. SO. GOOD. Holy cow, wow. Ordered some empanadas and pizzas for myself (severe gluten allergy) and friends, and my friends couldn't even tell these were gluten free. Absolutely delicious and outstanding. We ordered for pick-up and got to meet Marcos as well, who was so kind and helpful. I would 1,000% recommend all the food here!!
Outstanding!!!! I had the sausage pizza and a variety of empanadas. Everything was flavorful and fresh. Forgot the order was GF- that’s how good it everything was. Looking forward to trying other items!

Twice a year for the past two years, orders have been placed to stock up on the most amazing gluten free pizzas and empanadas from Cassava. The texture of the cassava dough is perfect. When cooked correctly, the outside crust offers an amazing crispness, while the warm inside bread is soft and chewy. The fillings and toppings are plentiful and taste amazing. I look forward every spring and fall to ordering another round.
