We had to choose dishes to try and here was the whole spread, needless to say we were full by the end of it, but it was such a work experience! “Worth the wait and must try! Beautiful and unique venue in the unassuming town of Des Plaines. Our server was kind and welcoming, food was delicious, drinks were fun and tasty. The only two items that were less than ideal, the horrible acoustics (incredibly loud) and although it was too on my list to try, the chicken shawarma rolls were underwhelming. Even with those two items, the great service and food quality it's still worth the 5 star review. We sat upstairs, which very much appreciated, being out of the hustle and bustle of the downstairs. Looking forward to trying the brunch and the outside patio... overlooking the water.“
“Lee n Eddies catered our Easter dinner and everyone LOVED it!! To name a few dishes we ordered that I highly recommend: Hawaiian meatballs, grilled veggie tray, lemon chicken and double baked potatoes! They were some of the best dishes I have ever tasted. I definitely will be calling them up for every holiday going forward!! Set up was spot on too so stress free for me while hosting a holiday!“
“Had a private dinner with my family at Dave's last night. It was great! The food was excellent. We had stuffed mushrooms, avocado toast, polenta and pesto, hand rolled lasagna, pork shoulder with blueberry sauce and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Everything was handmade right in front of us and delicious. We loved having the place ourselves and dined for at least 3 hours. Dave, our chef entertained us and told us tons of cooking secrets. The shop is BYOB so we brought all of our favorite refreshments. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. We plan to come back for many more meals.“
“Our wedding was held on 4-7-2024. George did exactly what he said he would do for the ceremony and reception. The ceremony and reception turned out to be absolutely beautiful. George made the process seamless. He handled all the details which made us not even need a wedding coordinator. The guests raved about how amazing the food was!!! Everything George said he would do, he did. I am so happy we went with the Cotillion Banquets. I highly recommend this venue for your CEREMONY and RECEPTION or reception only. I was very nervous about how everything would turn out but in the end it was perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful. George even let us use the bridal suite to do our hair and makeup hours before the event! What a blessing it was to have someone care as much as he does. “This place is amazing! Their customer service is top notch, they do what they say they will, and the value for the cost is best around. We regularly cater lunch for corporate meetings. We've tried Panera, PotBelly, etc. No one compares. Panera sandwiches have two pieces of meat on them and soggy letuce. PotBelly is good, but limited selection for those with dietary restrictions. Jimmy Johns may be fast but questionable quality at best. Give Tasty a try, you won't regret it!“
